super comfortable and excellent support through out targeting the entire body from head to toe. None of that numb dull feeling you get from sleeping on your sides. Gone are the lower back pains and sciatica. There’s no partner movement disturbance waking the other. We”ve had the mattress for 18mths and it’s like the day we bought it. Sleeping has never felt so good - waking up feeling refreshed each morning - just brilliant. Well worth the money. 10/10. We love it that much buying one for our son.

adjusting. Press the feet raising button and it raises the centre etc. Press the foot massage and the motor at the head end starts. The led light is not bright, or adjustable, and looks very cheap. I definitely have it around the right way, as the Mattress retainer is at the foot end. Maybe the wiring is back to front, but I'm no electrician and it's too bulky and heavy to return.
Update: After quite a few back and forth emails and missed calls, a technician attended our house and diagnosed that the motor was installed backwards and the wiring was incorrectly fitted. They fixed it, but it still makes a loud metal on metal noise while using the massage function, and the original problem motor shuts itself down after progressively getting weaker during use. It turns back on after sitting for awhile. I reported these additional problems but am yet to hear back after a week, so the review is being published as is. If they sold a quality product to begin with there wouldn't be any issue, 100% not my fault, yet have to jump through hoops to get it rectified.

Harvey Norman, and their initial advice was that this is normal and that a complaint could not be lodged unless the depression in the bed was at least 32mm. Sealy call this depression a body signature and we were required to submit photos to support our claim. They replied to this by email and attached a pamphlet titled "Putting Sealy to the test".
Personally, I think we should have this pamphlet before we purchased the bed. It explains that body signature is normal, and it may be there in the morning but will recover through the day. This was not happening. I was expecting lengthy delays in getting the matter resolved, we also expected that someone would actually visit us to inspect it in person. This did not happen and two weeks later we received an email advising the warranty claim had been approved and to return to Harvey Norman and we could use the refund to purchase a new bed.
This is the reason I gave this product three stars; the bed was defective but the manner in which Sealy handled my complaint was excellent. We have since purchased a new King Koil mattress and it is performing to our complete satisfaction. Harvey Norman staff were also very professional in handling our complaint and in the purchase of the new bed. They also gave us free delivery as they had to pick up the Sealy mattress.

I am a medium frame older lady, a side sleeper who rolls on my back during the night. This pillow caters for that movement. Not cheap to buy but in a sale, prices are greatly reduced.

over, I nearly get thrown out of the other side. Also I have developed further lower back problems. Followed all the instructions on how to care for the mattress - ie. rotating on a regular basis. Warranty does NOT cover dips and Sealy said they would send someone to look at springs if I paid the $50 call out or they would replace the mattress topper at my cost. Sealy said the salesperson should never of sold this type of bed to us!!! Stating the very obvious and now I will never buy or recommend Sealy again, so disappointed with the product and especially spending that much on a mattress.

comfortable than this one, at least we weren’t waking thru the night and in the morning in pain. We went plush as we are mainly side sleepers and To top it off it’s already sagging where we sleep. So you literally roll into this crevice each side of the mattress though one side seems worse than the other, even thru rotating. Had to put a memory foam mattress topper on it to try and get a better sleep, not really good enough on a mattress less than 12 months old. My lounge is more comfortable to sleep on than this mattress. Should have stuck to the cheap mattress we were looking at. Not happy at all. Been a complete waste of money and after not even a year we now have to buy a new mattress because I can’t keep waking up in pain everyday. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Would give a 0 if we could.

sleeping on it, the pillow top compressed and we ended up in two 'trenches', with a hard ridge in the middle. We rang Snooze, who said to give it a couple of months and ensure we turn the mattress each week, and it will settle and be comfortable. After two months we rang back, and were told it can take up to six months to settle. It's now been 18months and it's still sagging and now so uncomfortable that we would gladly take our old budget mattress back. I'd never buy another one.
