Dolby Atmos is awesome. Quality is so good I now want to add another Era 300, Arc Ultra Soundbar and the sub woofer to make a complete surround system. When I win the lotto of course….Sonos is pricey, but worth it for the sound quality alone!

Run straight to Bose, don't waist your time with this useless – I have not used my email that is connected to my existing account and login in password for over 6 years. I finally need to reset my system and I'm… Read more
unable to connect because I no longer use the old email which I initially signed up with, nor do I remember my password. Cut a long and frustrating story short, I have tried 2 attempts to explain my situation to support, no help other than delete my account as they can't assist me without verifying me email, which is no longer in use since 6 years ago. They have no way to verify their customers other than using a stupid email, this ridiculous. Don't buy this scrap, it comes with connection issues, if you change you r email without remembering to change Sonos then is see ya beam, in the bin you go! I'm going to Bose

extremely unintuitive pairing/ connection process and after 3 months it started distorting badly. It has been relegated to my workshop sound system where I don’t need much volume but it’s extremely disappointing that a $300 boom box could be of such poor quality.
I haven’t complained or returned it as my wife bought it and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. She was pretty proud of the purchase. ***EDIT - Within 4 months It has stopped working completely and is now in the bin ***

I admit they have great sound, but the battery lasts 3 years, it is expensive to replace, plus like so much USA made stuff, the item will glitch just… Read more
out of warranty. Marketing sections rule in USA over quality and durability. Avoid this purchase if possible. Sonos will not assist you.

The Sonos Arc when it is set up and working is an excellent product. However, it has the most frustrating user experience of any electronic device I… Read more
have ever owned and I’ve owned projectors, tvs, hifi systems, other sound bars, receivers. You name it. The set up software works only when it feels like it, meaning hours of frustrating factory resets, wifi issues and app problems. Buy if you are really good at tech or have the patience of a saint. If you are an ordinary mortal look elsewhere.

other, every time I try to switch I end up having to log out from the app, reinstall and start the setup all over again. I don't bother any more the app has made my Sonos systems a complete waste of time and money and so frustrating to use.

Ive have been a supporter of sonos for many years now, but when I called, wanting support to hook my old sonos speakers to a new wifi router, I… Read more
absolutely got NO support. I even ask for the superviser. The outcome was that the sonos speacker is not compatiable with the new router and said they couldnt do anything about it unless I change my provider. Easy for them to say when it cost you to cancel contracts to suit there speakers. I found they were very flat, no knowledment of there own product because an hour later I found you could work the speakers directly though the same provider but through the mobile app, not through the pc app. Shows how much they know. After this sonos speacker gives out, Im not showing any future support and will not recommend there products every again!!
Garbage.....constantly dropping out every 10minutes. Had an Apple Homepod Mini before with very few drop outs.
One of the, if not the, best sound and bass for the price and, being a soundbar doesn't affect the music playing experience. Truly worth the price. Colour white is an added bonus! The art of product design starts from unpacking.
Cable management extraordinaire – Heavy stand that’s easy to set up and has inbuilt cable management which really make it look and feel neat and tidy. It’s expensive at $450 for a pair but get it.
Sonos Move 2
Underwhelmed – Thought I would be more impressed with the sound quality after purchasing the ARC a few years ago. Can’t really say it’s much better than other (and cheaper) Bluetooth speakers I’ve owned before

wobbles. The rubber feet are not designed to be replaced, and the entire set of stands needs to be returned to Sonos for a replacement set. Obviously Sonos prefer to continually replace their faulty products than actually redesign them, which is illogical in my opinion and must be costing them a lot of money.
I would not recommend purchasing the Sonos Speaker Stand until such time as Sonos addresses the issue with a redesign.

controlled by a sliding switch at the rear of the speaker but the slightest pressure and your skipping songs ,the sound quality for this price range is incredibly poor and my recommendation is ,do not buy this overpriced rubbish (they could have put more effort into the headphones and not wasted it on the ridiculously overdone packaging).

aknowledged by the CEO at the time with words (paraphrasing) , “we are sorry and we are taking it on board etc.” From memory it was new software. So cast forward to now, I update my internet which includes a new modem (5g). All phones, TV’s etc move seemlessly to be discovered on the new network. Not sonos. All products ( 7 ) cannot be discovered. They are all powered on. Followed instructions to reset the products, no result. So I have invested massively in sonos and this is what I get. The frustrating thing is that when they work the sound is great. But what’s the use when it is not simple to update on a new network. I am not a technical person so it makes it even harder. Absolutely disgusting. I now have to pay someone to do it for me which I shouldn’t have to do. I have no faith in ringing support as I will end up running around in circles with products spread around the house.
