AbsolutelyNO idea of customer service or support. Pay peanuts you get monkeys as far as quality and automated customer care. Pay more for quality and a company that actually cares about service. POOR FORM.
Rp_Melbourne – Poor product quality , skin allergy Sukin products they do trick marketing to sell Never buy this again.

shower and I lose half my hair. My hair doesn't feel as nice as it used to when I tried it many years ago. Throwing away both 1 litre shampoo and conditioner. A waste of money
Its only good for hand wash. Dried my skin out really bad. It's been sent to my kids bathroom to use to wash their hands with. Or perhaps I'll use it a stain remover.
Sukin Hydrating Mist Toner
Face mist is a winner – Obsessed with this product. It’s so handy when I’m feeling hot and flustered. Definitely picks me up and keeps me going. I don’t get any irritation from it either which is great.

in the marketing that it was healthy, no bad additives etc. but I just got told to check out the review for toxic contents on the YUKA app. I was shocked as it rates poor, 35/100 due to a few ingredients inc phenoxyethanol.
Disappointed in myself that I hadn’t fully checked contents.
Now have to find another brand
This product is a must buy. I use it every day and it's amazing

don’t recommend Sukin signature hand and nail cream,it is by far the worst I have ever tried. It left my hands slimy and feeling truly awful.I had to wash my hands three times to lose the slime in between my fingers….back to Goats Milk cream for me.

Magical facial scrub – All are great, these Sukin facial scrub really removed dead skin been using it for months and happy with the result.

It feels like it’s stripping my layers of skin but not in a good exfoliating kind of way. Last night I had to get up in the middle of the night and wash it off to stop myself from scratching my face off! My skin is sensitive but I’ve never had this kind of reaction to a ‘natural’ cream before. I actually have blisters on my face and it’s very embarrassing. The rosehip day cream did the same thing to me. It’s disappointing that these creams have hurt my skin but other Sukin products like the charcoal scrub don’t hurt me. There must be something in the creams I’m very reactive too. I don’t recommend these creams even if you’re not sensitive because it’s not worth finding out.
No more dry skin – I am now using the "sensitive cleansing lotion". Non comodogenic, this cleanser removes all my makeup and leaves a light feeling barrier needed to… Read more
prevent my skin from drying out. I find that I sometimes don't need to use a moisturiser after, which is crazy as my skin is super dry. There's no grease or filmy residue, just nourished skin! Less breakouts as my skin can breath and is less clogged with dryness. Less redness! Skin doesn't feel tight at all anymore after cleansing. Best cleanser I've tried so far. Better than cetaphil, QV and dermaveen in my opinion. Low fragrance, don't need to use much. Just love it.
Buying other Sukin products on their website, I was 'offered' some small tubes of Sukin Pawpaw Ointment, as a bonus. As I use another brand of… Read more
pawpaw ointment and find it very helpful for very dry skin, I decided to try Sukin's. Although a handy size, Sukin's Pawpaw Ointment is basically castor oil, and tastes like it. Yes pawpaw fruit extract is an ingredient, but way down the list. Very disappointing. Sukin's Pawpaw Ointment is not nearly as good as a similar product in the red tube!
I loooove this face cleanser. I’m 60+ years young, have sensitive skin & I have had NO allergic reaction. The crème cleanser is soft & silky on my skin & leaves my face feeling clean, smooth & soft.
Amazing product at a fraction of the price. Definitely worth a try for $17 – I have combination skin, and I found this Australian pink clay mask made my skin feel and look amazing! It has gentle aloe vera and cucumber for… Read more
sensitive skin, and lots of nice fruit and flower extracts and a variety of clay extracts (the scary 'hydroxide' ingredients are all components of different clays).
The texture of the mask is nice and smooth, with a beautiful pink colour and a gentle sweet smell, kind of like cherries. I wet my face and applied with a brush to get an even layer all over my face (not eyes) and let it sit for 10-15 mins (trick is to not let it dry completely or it can stick, and the skin could dry out if you have to scrub the dry mask off). There was a little tingle when I first applied the mask but it was definitely not painful and only lasted less than 30 seconds.
When I washed it off with a warm face-washer, my skin was glowing and looked so cleansed. My skin remained glowing and hydrated after moisturising even until the next day.
When I dried my face, my skin was extremely soft and smooth (even my husband was genuinely surprised at how smooth it was!) and felt very hydrated, not dry, oily, or sticky at all.
I did a bit of reading up about Australian Pink Clay masks before purchasing, and at the end of the day they're all made of the same ingredient as their base - pink clay, so I wasn't going to fork out $70 when I could buy a similar (if not the same) quality product for $17. If you're a beginner of face masks like I am, and want to try the Australian Pink Clay, then I would highly recommend this product to try first!

it has a nice thick gel like coverage for your lips. Definitely worth paying a little bit more for a natural product.
Illuminating moisturiser ok but not fantastic – I thought the smell was ok and it is easy to apply. The price was ok. Not sure why it is called illuminating because I don't find it particularly illuminating. It also doesn't seem very moisturising either. A bit disappointing.
Light night cream and non greasy – This cream doesn't leave a heavy layered feeling nor greasiness, it's so light weight that I have worn it through the day time. Perfect for skin and no overpowering fragrance.

my 74 year old face. I changed all my other Sukin products to Ageless Pro. I had a dark sunspot on my face near my eye and one day I realised that it had faded. Now 2 years later I can barely see it. All of the fine wrinkles in my face have disappeared, my eyelids have tightened and my skin looks great for my age. All this for an affordable price. I highly recommend it!
Horrible – I have used this a few times and each time my skin would be sore and itchy but I kept using it thinking it will get better but never did sorry wouldn't buy this again

skerrick of hand wash on my finger as it got in my eye. In awful pain & irritation I washed and washed my eye hoping to rinse it out but to no avail. I then tried castor oil with no relief, then used a red tea bag which finally started to ease the burning pain. I emailed them twice I wanted to know the ingredient that hurts eyes. Lol they replied sorry, I'll pass it on to the team & don't get it in your eye/rinse your hands! How totally unprofessional! I have had other hand wash, shampoo, mascara & eye liner in my eyes but nothing has hurt as much as this Sukin handwash!
