Works for me, better than melatonin. Smell is terrible, but worth it for a great sleep. No drowsiness the next day and no waking during the night. Can not live without them now. I also take with magnesium.
Detox – Suggested to me by my colleague, I make it a constant practice to take it atleast twice a week. makes me feel relaxed and cleansed. Highly recommend this.

Admitted to hospital 2 weeks ago for an unrelated issue and medico went through my dietary supplements I was taking in addition to prescribed medications - blood tests revealed I was very low in potassium - I also had been suffering from facial flushing for some time. Medico suggested these could be as a result of the Magnesium supplements - I have been off them for 2 weeks and all signs of facial flushing has disappeared, and blood tests taken on Wednesday reveal the Potassium boosters taken in hospital have brought my levels back to normal. The remaining Swisse Magnesium has been dumped. Should be law that common side effects should be placed on packaging.

multi-vitamin, and put it down to a bug. She stopped taking them. Now here we are 6 months later, and decided to try again. Took 1 with food at lunchtime...25 minutes later, vomitted violently. So disappointing, for a supposedly reputable brand. I wish I'd read the reviews, but didn't imagine I'd need to !! wonderful night's sleep 6 nights each week. It also reduced anxiety throughout the day. What a fantastic product... BUT I have a history of autoimmune liver disease and my liver function test became abnormal almost immediately and my kidney function also dropped despite never having had a kidney problem before.
I took it on the recommendation of my GP but unfortunately had to stop taking it. My liver and kidney function tests have returned to normal after stopping Ashwagandha for several weeks.
So, even though it's a great product, be aware that the herb itself, from any company, can cause problems. There are a lot of online warnings so I decided to take the risk but checked back with my GP for liver testing.

strange smell—almost like baby powder—and the taste is surprisingly bitter and unpleasant.
I tried mixing it with water as directed and found it quite hard to drink because of the lingering flavour. For something meant to be taken daily, it’s not an enjoyable experience.
Finally, it’s overpriced and when you open the container it’s only half full, which makes it feel like poor value for money. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying it again

instant results using it. It leaves a soft moisturised layer on the skin around the eye but it's not sticky and doesn't peel. Just leaves beautifully soft skin. Plus its so gentle I can rub it even over my eye lids and it doesn't bother my eyes one bit. Pick it up when it's half price at chemist warehouse and you won't regret it!

pricey side, but if you want consistent product quality, cost should not be an issue. There are many cheaper fish oil capsules on the market, but none come close to the value and quality of the Swisse brand.
Contains magnetic particles – Tested these Swisse Mega B+ vitamins - soaked in filtered water and applied a strong magnet. Each tablet contains a large amount of magnetic material. I have contacted the company however no reply to date.
Horse pills – There are horse pills and then there are these. I actually laughed when I opened the bottle. If you have the physical and emotional energy to down one of these, you absolutely do not need them.

eliminated all other possible causes. It has now pointed to the Swiss multivitamins after a visit to the doctor who agreed. I haven’t taken them for over a week and no problem. Be warned.
