I have to wear these as I have a catheter which doesn’t help to keep everything in place where it should be, and I have tried both the Tena and the… Read more

Depend brands, available from Woolworths supermarket. Comparing the Tena brand with the Depend brand, I have found Tena is more comfortable to wear, and tends to keep any stray leakage confined to the absorbent pad. With the Depend brand, and I’m not sure who designed these (or even wore them) but I find they’re uncomfortable, they leak, and the absorbent pad is too short. Also there’s no indication on which way round they should be worn. Whereas the Tena brand has a’label’ to indicate the front from the back. Given a choice between the two, try the Tena brand. There’s more in the pack than Depend which makes them a little cheaper.

Great brand – The brand is fantastic I only buy this brand now. I’ve tried all the different brands. I’ve never had an issue with bunching. I get the anti-bunching… Read more

ones. I’ve never had a leak. Some products have odor control technology which is super handy. I highly recommend this brand

Disastrous – These pads are dreadful and curl up so that the adhesive parts glue together in a roll allowing leakage. This is far worse than not wearing… Read more

anything. I’ve given them a number of tries and finally thrown them away. “Always” products are so much better.

I have found these pads to be the best! Not expensive, longest of all pads

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – Absolute stuff-up with my Order. After 8 days and not despatched, with no notification that there would be a delay, I enquired and was told it was… Read more

on backorder and stock was coming in later that week. Still not despatched into the next week, so I requested cancellation of the Order, and refund of my payment. This was refused, with the reason that the Order was too far into processing. The Order arrived Regional Queensland 3 days later. Meanwhile I had ordered from national Retailer on a promotional price which was almost 25% cheaper than the Tena price, and that Order arrived within 4 days, 1 day after the Tena Order which took 12 days. My assumption is that Tena had a commitment to the national Retailer's promotion which they had difficulty honoring, and it seemed easier to them to play ducks and drakes with the Orders of their less important private customers. I'll have to be really desperate to ever deal again with Tena !!

Total Fail – I have been a fan of Tena or Poise 1 1/2 drop liners for years. Recently Tena changed to ultra thin "new" more "breathable and fresh". They are a… Read more

total fail, and very smelly after a long hot summer's day. I have no problem with their pink Poise competitor. It's you not me. Wish it was easier to get an online supermarket refund.
