takes for a customer to change brands is a slight change in advertising or packaging. I'm one of those people. The frustration starts when you follow the instructions to open the Tetley Extra Strong Tea Bags. You follow the instructions in hope not to rip the box. Even when I have all intentions of transferring the bags into a dedicated T bag Jar, I hate it when the box rips. I push down like the instructions say, but the lines are never cut out properly... This immediately rips the box. I can't understand why Tetley go to all the time and trouble to produce something that doesn't help the customer...it just p*sses them off. I can go to work and deal with id*ots all day and I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is getting p*ssed off when I'm trying to make the one thing I look forward to all bloody day and calms me down. This new packaging does not allow me to leave my frustrations outside my house when I get home. Just when I think I'm entering my own trouble free zone, I'm suddenly frustrated and in hell because of your st^pid packaging. For this, I have to explore other Tea Bag Brands. I'm sorry. I've been loyal all these yrs and I do not like change. Shannon Kelly.

wrong tea bags Because they had run out. I used 2 bags but no go There is no comparison to the strong delish Smell taste and colour.. Takes me back to having a cuppa with my dad.

the fact they don't sell in Rockingham, and also other places, represents how much of flavour went on making this tea that others who didn't buy it did not like about it. It's cheap, and the only down side to it, is just that is not made in Australia. However who cares where is made I just love this tea and if there is someone that does not like, it is because they put too much sugar to their tea or don't like Mangos or Passion Fruit at all. If that is the case, then I am trully sorry this tea did not meet your expectations. But if you like it,I am glad that I am not the only one that likes this kind of tea.
Thanks It's not expensive and is as tasty as Mangos and Passion Fruit, fruits. It's totally amazing. No supermarket in Rockingham now and some other places around Western Australia will sell this kind of tea

tatse...no longer. The tea tastes like dirty dish water. Nothing resembling quality tea. How dare they raise prices and lower the quality so bad it tastes like dirty dishwater. It is terrible! It really makes me angry that they think "we wont know the difference." If the co. cares that little about it's customer and more about the bottom line, then I refuse to give them any more money. NOTHING AT ALL! It no longer even resembles tea...it tastes like dirty dish water and a little molasses and dk. color. It's disgraceful a co. does this to it's customers.
