This pillow is the best I highly recommend. I have a bad neck issues and it helps so much so very comfortable and supportive. I've bought before and I now know my neck will improve.

I have tried adjusting it and now it is just lumpy and uneven by removing some of the fill. It gives me a sore neck and back. The pillowcases don’t fit and are more of an oversized slip. I purchased a second cover as I thought it may have just been the satin one I ordered with it
Much harder than my old Naturelle pillow – I had to replace my old pillow which was perfect. I thought I was buying the exact same pillow but the new ones are so much harder to sleep on that I am now looking to buy replacements again. It has been a waste of time and money.
No return policy. Just store credit, unlikely to be used in a shop like that – There is no return policy, when you don't return the product and you don't get your money returned, is there?

one. You can adjust it by removing either the 'noodle' inserts or by removing central wedges. I just put a pillow slip on it and tried it as it came. Started out with the lower side toward my neck , then tried the higher side after half an hour - bliss! For me, with my issue, this pillow is an absolute winner!

also a costly search as good pillows don't come cheap. This pillow is different, it has curved edges for my shoulder when I lay on my side and a contour for my head and neck. Both edges are a slightly different curve, so some nights I turn it around to suit how my neck feels. Made from memory foam with a cooling gel pad on top which is fantastic for when I have a head ache. It has a quality cover which can be removed for washing . For a $109 it seems a lot but it is worth it for a good nights sleep.
Not so good – This pillow is very soft but pr9vides a good support and Im stisfied in that way. However, the pillow has string smell which is not going away and makes sleeping very unplesent. They should do somerhing about it during manufacturing.

baby's head was rolling around the place and needs to be supported by my arm under the pillow which defeats the purpose of even getting a pillow.
Secondly because of the lack of stuffing and firmness, you need to lean forward to lower your breast to be closer to your baby, which means you're straining your neck and back.
What a waste of money! Save your dollars and just use a normal cushion! None Too expensive, doesn't work and misleading advertising. Product doesn't match what is promoted online.

have a long neck. Initially I felt it was a little too low and the cover was a bit loose. I was very happy when I contacted the company to discuss my concerns. They offered to send a firmer insert and more fitted cover and it's now perfect! I really love it and I'm really impressed with the customer service. Highly recommended.

forward so your neck and head are bent - the your neck and head are pushed forward by the point of the triangle, rather than the area supported by a band of fabric and cushioning. I don’t know why I thought this would be comfortable. Super uncomfortable.
Edit: if you put the pillow on top of a standard pillow, then for some reason it’s more comfortable & supportive but that point under the neck is still taking some getting used to
