completion I feel 100% better, physically and mentally. Afterwards I had a lot more energy and a heightened sense of clarity in my thinking. It’s important to only eat the foods listed in the meal program as they help cleanse the liver which is the end goal. Eating foods not listed will only offset the benefits from completing the detox properly and just defeats the purpose of even doing a detox in the first place. The biggest side effect I experienced was due to the caffeine withdrawals as I had headaches and body aches and pains for 2-3 days. This however was beneficial in showing me the effect that caffeine was having on my body. Afterwards I felt so energised I didn’t need caffeine to start my day, however for me it’s hard to break away from energy drinks which is why I do the detox semiannually. At $60 the cost is fine. Besides, you can’t put a price on how great it makes you feel at the end of it.

a bottle and thought why not. Started taking 1 tablet a day and after a week could feel a slight difference in strength, stamina and mood. Definitely nothing over the top, though. However, after 4 weeks the effects were undeniable. The increases I noticed the most were fat loss around the mid section and chest, and an increase in mental focus, sharpness and mood. Muscle mass is virtually the same. The taste is fine for my liking, but for those who don't like Fenugreek or spices, it might come off as a bit unpleasant. Also, the high dosage of Fenugreek causes my sweat and urine to smell maple syrup-ish. To first timers of this product: don't expect a miracle in a few days. Give it a good 3-4 weeks to kick in, you won't be disappointed.

constantly see them advertising new products including lots of "gummies". To me this all seem like a gimmick and I doubt that any of them have gone through any sort of clinical testing. Got some grey hairs,a pimple or a sore toenail? Just wait,there's sure to be a Caruso's product for you soon!

Not great! – Not great. I did already supplement with magnesium before buying this product and I have been taking at least 4 a day of this product with minimal if any relief compared to other products.
