complaints. I wasted $90 paying for Far Cry 6. Strangely, I was able to download the game but am unable to play it. It is visible but greyed out. It is not listed in my purchased games. It shows in my credit card statement so they took the money.

saying it is glitchy to the point where it can't be played. After about an hour of watching video intros which keep freezing, you run around for another hour doing pointless tasks, all while the game freezes every few seconds. By the time the actual game starts you are over it and the issues are 10x worse. Ubisoft's policy claims to give a refund within 3 days, but they don't.
