25% discount on the purchase of a new machine instead. He said it is only good for scrap- a just on ten year old washing machine that cost thousands of dollars to purchase. I will also add that the heat pump broke years ago and the previous V Zug repairer advised to just keep using it because it's too expensive to repair. Absolutely appalling business model and wasteful. Will not be recommending V Zug to anyone.

obviously would on Gas be ready for ca clink ca clink ca clink ca clink... Not for 5000$$$. The company can't do anything about it. It is reported in a file and filled away. that's the best they can do. No improvements!!! The swiss wont be happy stirring a fondue on this cooktop!!! Its a joke to have pay such dollars and get this. Any 1000$ cooktop wouldn't do the same im sure.
