August 2021 and the following January, the glass door shattered when something was cooking in the oven. Repair was followed up in January with Glendimplex co. who processes the warranty. After 2 visits by the service people with the wrong parts over several months, in early April some 4 months later, Vinini finally agreed to replace the oven with a new unit. Late in April we are still waiting as apparently there is a delay in replacement - we are told, due to the floods down south.

The resident at the house has had to go without an oven for 5 months and still waiting. From now on we ensure we never purchase a Vinini product.
