almost up to the head. You have to hold hole at the bottom fill it with water through the vent and then shake back and forth to get the gunk out. This process has to be repeated several times to get most of the gunk out. The process is messy and tiresome. I wish that I had not bought it because it is so difficult and costly (large amount of vinegar) to clean properly

took 2 tiny batteries which all measured flat on my battery volt meter including some I bought online. But the V916C has been one of the best products I have ever bought! 8 seconds, consistent results. I can hear the chimes, where I can't with other digital thermometers. It has only needed one CR1225 battery replacement after frequent use over about 4 years!

it is perfect in maintaining moisture in the air especially during colder weather when the air is dry, or when my son has a cold. It isn’t heated, there’s no filters to replace, and it is still like new for us after a year of regular use.

Problems… – Hey having some troubles I just got it delivered last night ran it for about 30 mins working just fine but now it’s not making the sound it was when it was working and I don’t feel cool air coming out and I’m not sure what to do

Complete waste of money. The tablet lasted no more than 2 minutes before it completely dissolved and the scent was incredibly weak.
