guy, buy I was given a heads up to try these on a Mercedes forum as they are manufactured by Continental, leveraging German engineering and technology while maintaining its Scandinavian heritage. I have had 3 Mercs, all shod with Contis or Pirellis, but these Vikings have performed so much better. They are incredible in the wet, even better than the Pirellis, and more quiet too. After 20K I'd be replacing the Pirellis or Contis by now and the Vikings have more than 50% tread left. To be honest, I'm flabbergasted that a tyre with so much grip and control can also have so much durability and at such a great price point. I always keep them at 40PSI, and this seems perfect for the Tig as the wear is dead even. These have to be the best tyre value for both performance and durability and when the time comes, there will be another set going on the Tig.
