would make them a better quality. Unfortunately not only did they not rise as normal, but they look wholemeal. the label doesn't say "wholemeal" nor does it say "white" flour. So I'm not sure what I got. The product looks white inside, but the end result is not white flour. Taste like wholemeal too. Inedible. Very disappointing. Will try and return.

thickening sauces; it makes lovely cakes and biscuits/cookies; it's great for desserts; it makes absolutely awesome pancakes especially. The flavour is not terribly different from that of wheat flour.

My only grizzle is that the packaging is excessive. I just had to cut one bag about 5cm down and still hadn't really cut down far enough. That's at least 3cm too much plastic, and that matters to the planet.

hoped. I like that melting chocolate taste and this didn’t have it.

I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to try and be disappointed.
