Disappointed – I was excited to receive this as a gift but unfortunately from the start the salt grinder hasn't worked. We've changed batteries and salt but nothing… Read more

has helped. I don't have the receipt as it was a gift. What can I do?

Update: I did receive a replacement but that too didn't work. Both went in the bin. A pity because the concept is good.

DO NOT BUY ANY COOKWARE FROM COLES OR W'WORTHS! I'm so 'over' buying frypans from supermarkets! All are dodgy & especially Wiltshire which is… Read more

dangerous! The handle fills with water when u r washing it & u dont know. So when u use it really hot water comes out all over stove top, plus handle heats up & burns yr hand! This was not a cheap frypan! I bought it at W'worths on Gold Cst. Ive also bought pans from Coles (Curtis). Dreadful products! Non stick never works & NO I dont put them in dishwasher!

Got one of these recently and am impressed with its non stick ceramic coating. Everything just slides on it with ease. Thin omelettes no worries.… Read more

Handle is nice and firm and doesn't get hot, and just a very small arch on the base, doesn't seem to affect the distribution of anything on it. Washing no problems. Read about the metal handle ones filling with water on a different model but this is all good. I prefer this way above the Tefal frypan I have to be honest.

Best poached egg – I have never been able to successfully poach an egg. I followed instructions & had a perfect poached egg. No more faffing about with whirlpools! I'm impressed & looking forward to more poached eggs for brekkie in future.

Square Baking Pan – I love Wiltshire products! I own one of these square cake pans, and it has served me well; its great for a nice, basic cake shape, which is easy to… Read more

ice and decorate. Love that it's non-stick and reasonably priced. I've also used it for roasting meat and veggies. I also like that there are so many other Wiltshire bakeware items which look the same, as I own some more, as they look more like a set as opposed to bits and pieces which have been bought from different bakeware sets. I like that it's affordable, versatile and basic.

I can't believe this garlic press exists – I would love to have a photo of the garlic press I bought for you. Just opened it now from the packet and it has no grid at all to press the garlic… Read more

Works well, with some reservations – The salt grinder is fine, although I had trouble with the pepper grinder, which took many many turns before it would grind any pepper. It was like… Read more

the corns wouldn't 'catch' in the ceramic grinder. This review is updated following contact from Wiltshire Customer Service who kindly offered me a new product - good after sales service. It would appear to have success with this grinder, you need to be mindful that not all pepper corns are suitable. I had corns that were slightly larger than usual (organic?) and this is why they wouldn't catch. Also it can be helpful to keep the corns topped up if they aren't grinding well - the weight of more corns can push the corns down into the ceramic better.

Heavy duty tongs with a fatal flaw – I purchased these tongs from a home hardware store. I usually trust the Wiltshire brand but this product has not lived up to the brand. The Wiltshire… Read more

Heavy Duty Tongs (according to the description on the product label) are supposed to be a versatile gadget which can be put into the dishwasher but only if you're short of time because you won't get the best results unless you hand wash and dry them. But that's not my complaint. I removed the Tongs from the plastic outer packaging and cut the cable ties off with scissors, so no pressure there. Then I opened the tongs and the mechanism that pulls up to open them was a bit stiff I had another go and suddenly had broken tongs. There is a pathetically small, flared joiner on the side near the opener and it had failed. Back to the store thinking it was a dud. On closer inspection of the rest of the stock in store, it was obvious that all the tongs had the same flimsy joiner. My husband said he would try to flare out the joiner so it's not as likely to come apart but having to deal with shonky workmanship in the first instance is not good enough. I could have bought 4 pairs of tongs on a card for $5.50 from a retail department store, that would most likely last a lot longer. The Wiltshire ones cost me AU$10.50. Shame on you Wiltshire, trusted since 1938? Trust lost in 2023.

happen.

I have to dig out the partial crushed garlic after I have attempted to mince it. Only to have to resort to the old knife and chopping board to get tiny mince (bits) of garlic.

This garlic press is more to crush and not mince. If you wanted to crush garlic you're better off doing it old style by crushing with knife on your chopping board. Would save you washing the garlic press altogether.

Highly disappointed picking the Wiltshire over budget version.

This 20-cm Wiltshire Cucina "Non-stick" induction frypan cost me $32 and all I can say is what a waste of money! Removed the label carefully and… Read more

washed it with a soft sponge and dish detergent, thinking I'd removed all of the glue. Wrong! On first use eggs stuck to a spot in the middle of the pan and I noticed a mark straight after washing it. From then on everything stuck to that area. See photos.

Contacted Wiltshire via Facebook messaging and, although slow to respond, they did send a replacement pan to me after seeking some more information from me.

Thank you. Not.

The glue on the back of the label on the replacement pan was even worse! See photo. I soaked it for 24 hours and the glue would not budge! Wiltshire advised that scrubbing it with a soft cloth would remove it. Actually it took fingernails and lots of hot water to get the stuff off. Finally!

Won't be using either of these pans and am very disappointed with Wiltshire products, which I had previously thought were great quality. Customer service WAS good so thank you again, but please take a look at the glue used on these labels.

this one is much weaker, so that on occasions when I've had trouble attaching it to or manoeuvring it around the can (which, for some reason, has happened quite a bit), I have managed to bend the handles. Definitely not the quality it used to be.

Absolute garbage – First grinder broke within 6 weeks and was replaced by retailer free of charge. Second one failed within 8 weeks in exactly the same place. Wiltshire brand means nothing any more. Steer clear.

stickers won't come off – paper stickers used in manufacture won't come off, even after soaking in water & scrubbing I'm left with a horrible mess of glue & mashed paper that will need a solvent to remove - I'm regretting I bought this product

Wish I hadn't purchased – I found the Wiltshire Avocado Saver NOT an avocado saver. Frequently wasn't air tight enough to stop the avocado from going brown (yes I did follow instructions). Really disappointing. Wish I hadn't purchased.

designed like a one time use coffee cup. The thing is though, it spoils the taste of your coffee, with the lid that only fits loosely and has spilled in my car, I go for a sip and all I can smell is rubber plastic smell, went without the lid and all I could taste is plastic taste, it says bpa free yada yada on it, but when you taste plastic taste in your drink, my opinion is you are drinking micro plastics, I will be looking for an alternative most likely in stainless steel. Swing and a miss from a traditionally reliable brand.
