Not 1 more cent. EVER rip off
Long time customer who has verifiably spent $10,000's. Anyway never a claim. Ever. Had photos of the product and batch number and receipt held by the store electronically. Yet refused refund or store credit. Asked for personal picture of myself disposing of one item for some unknown reason. C what were you thinking? Anyway. I am sure the V's can be proud. PEOPLE. be aware that a retail WARRANTY is just promise from the seller. under Australian consumer law your purchase could be covered for much more. (please do a little research on the topics below)-

I ordered 2 items during Easter sale. Only one item was picked up by the delivery company (Toll). I waited for delivery on the day, as it was marked out for delivery from my local depot. Later the status was updated to cannot deliver. I rang the depot and was told only one of the items was picked up so the delivery was being held until they had both items. I called 4WD Supercentre customer support who said they could not do anything for 7 working days from pickup. I offered a solution which was to recall the item and allow me to pick-up the ite... They are happy for the customer to wear their back-office mistake. For me that means buying another battery box so I can go on the planned camping trip. Purchased a Gazebo, extremely poor quality, canopy didn't fit properly, torn within days.I can see from this site, mine is not an isolated experience, yet they continue to sell the rubbish.
4WD Supacentre would not honor the warranty, said I left it unattended, it's a gazebo! it should last longer than a few days. They ignore all emails, no after sales service, do not waste your money!
Claim lodged within 30 days of delivery, said canopy too tight, torn within days, they insist I used it as a permanent structure. From reviews I have seen since... Have heard similar stories about expensive products that they refuse to honour warranty on. Stay away from this store, rubbish quality, do NOT honour warranty.

; As per the user manual, our gazebos are not designed to be used as permanent structures or to cover vehicles. Nearly a month later and no battery delivered. Standard no care response trotted out every time. They have no idea where it is and will not escalate with the courier and can provide no time to resolve.The worst organisation I have dealt with in a long time. BEWARE!

Kings business model is designed to put as many barriers as possible in front of the customer when there is a problem. My experience with Kings has not been good and unlike other reputable retailers they put the onus on you to research the problem. They don't have any people with technical knowledge to offer support, the call centre tells you one thing and the store says the call centre are useless. If a product has a problem or causes an issue with your vehicle, they push back as hard as possible. I can't recommend them at all and suggest you shop elsewhere.There are other more reputable companies out there that are prepared to stand by the products they sell. Purchased mk111 rtt and alloy crossbar kit( $2000 transaction), crossbar end caps are very loose fit and have all fallen out, have had 2 caps replaced still waiting for the other 2( Have gone through great lengths to get them from store)extremely poor after sales service and even poorer warranty experience over the phone.4wd supacentre have gone down hill in this department.will not be recommending anyone to purchase their products in future..what a joke.

I too have been a victim of their story telling. I am not going to go into details here but I have all the emails to prove my point. After reading all these other reviews I have decided to contact theACCC to have my say and put forward my evidence. I have also directed them to this site to have a read.
If you wish to voice your concern like I have, you must contact the 4WD centre 1st as ACCC will ask you for proof of correspondence, like emails, photos etc

WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE EVER. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am waiting for an answer since forever about at least 5 claims. Currently going through a warranty claim for a 4.5x3gazebo. Worst thing ever. Ripped and bent poles second go. Had it for a month. Wasn't even much wind. In Perth. Warranty goes in circles. Even when said want store refund they said replacement. Definitely want money back instead now. I dont want that as such poor quality. Have sent pictures and they want more information. Had an issue with a king battery terminal not tightening. Took it in to Heatherbrae Kings , spoke to Jonathon , he not only said bring it in he asked if I needed a hand to bring it in. Then Josh met us at the door and quickly confirmed there was an issue. Really appreciate not being given the runaround with these 2 guys. In no time I walked out with a brand new battery. I ordered two sets of draws from this company, click and collect (through eBay) - one for myself and one for a mate. I installed them about 6 weeks after I ordered them.After using the draws for about 3 months, the frame was so bent that I could not open or shut the fridge slide or draw while a fridge was on top.

e warranty claim. I was asked to remove them from the car, and bring them back in store to organise a store credit or refund. I was happy with either a store credit or refund, but preferred a refund. I removed them from my car, and took them back about a month later, as the Eastern Creek store is a bit of distance from my house. The draws were taken , and my bank details were taken down as well. I was told I would have my warranty processed, and I would receive a refund for the draws. The team that helped me remove the draws from my car had heard the conversation that I was receiving a refund, and instead of disassembling the wings to remove them from my car, bent them up to allow the draws to slide out. One week later, I received a notification that my claim was rejected, and that I have to pick the draws up. The person on eBay has told me that the 'Claims' team has rejected my claim, and to talk to them about it. The claims team told me that my claim was rejected because 'I only have 4 months to claim warranty for being damaged in transit'. I asked to dispute this for obvious reasons. I was then told I cannot dispute it over the phone, and I would need to ask the eBay team to log a dispute on my behalf. After several messages back and forth, the ebay team refused to log a dispute on my behalf, and continued to refer me back to the claims team. I would then call the claims team, who would refer me back to eBay. I went back into store for further assistance. The manager in store told me that the draws were 'pretty beat up' and that the previous manager did the wrong thing by taking the draws back, and continued to blame the previous manager for the current situation. The manager also claimed that after looking at the draws, that they believed they were damaged during installation. I installed these draws myself and they were not damaged during installation. Dealing with this situation has been nothing but frustrating - I don't understand how a company can assess a warranty job, agree for a store credit or refund as the item is defective, take the item from me, further damage the item, then decide that a refund will not be processed after agreeing in person to process a refund.Hi Aiden, As your order was placed through eBay all assistance has to be made through the eBay website, I do apologise... please google "ACCC Consumer rights and guarantees" for more information. and be sure to make written complaints to the retailer, then reports to ACCC, consumer affairs, etc. if you don't get results from the retailer consider civil action via a VCAT complaint.

My refund is dragging its feet too. Call them on 1800 88 39 64 as they may not read all the emails every day and you could get them to dig in to why they're stalling on a significant amount of money and get an instant reply... Good luck
