Ab Circle Pro Reviews
Pros: it works for me, I recommend to my friends, however I pointed the roller problem as well.
Cons: rollers start to grind, which I read that this is the common problem for this machine, so it is short life.
Overall: I love this machine, it saves my time (go to gym every day in the early morning), and it works for me, however I have used the machine for 3 months, the 4 rollers start to grind, luck enough I've got 1 year warranty, so I got replacement. there is a warning for whose who bought from online or used, be aware the machine rollers of the is the big problem. you don't want send back and forward to get replacement if you purchared from online, or used with no warranty. The ACP company should design with reliable rollers for this machine.

Pros: It works,starts working straight away, its easy once u get started

Overall: This is great, it's harder then it looks but it works i haven't seen a mate for 2weeks and first thing he said to me was 'hey u have lost weight' and it made me feel great to know that the ab circle pro works. thanks guys.

Cons: Everything. It has affected my quality of life and the quality of time i spend with my kids.
Overall: This machine has damaged my spine. I have herniated discs since using it sporadically for about a month. That was 11 months ago and i haven't had a pain free day since! I have never had a back problem prior to using this machine. It's design is not safe to use as far as your spine goes.

Pros: Energy efficient as does not have to plug in
Cons: Bit noisy when using.
Overall: I purchased mine off Ebay, new,never used, It is quite large and you need a bit of room to use it. I also find that it is a lot louder than I expected it to be!
The results are not instant, I use it for 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, have been now for 8 weeks and definitely feel an improvement in my muscles around my mid section.
It gets your heart rate up, also works your arms and back as well, has toned my arms a lot since using it.
There are 3 levels to set it at for different workouts, no need to plug in so free to use!

Overall: I received my ACP yesterday - my very first ebay purchase! I decided to purchase the machine on the recommendation of a male friend. He said that he could really feel that using his ACP targeted the areas that the TV promotions promised. He also said that initially, he was only able to use the machine for 5mins or so at a time. I was interested in the machine a few months ago and after researching various websites was put off by the negative comments.
I am 62yrs young,have been active most of my life however since undertaking a new 24/7 work situation have not been walking daily which has been my usual practice and as a consequence; have gained a dress size and a half and stacked it on around the middle over the past 18 months. Another reason why I was interested in the ACP is for the cardio workout. I do believe that healthy bodyshape is defined not by exercise alone; so I am tightening up on my nutritional intake. Smaller portions/fresh vege and fruit juicing, less white wine and a positive mental attitude.
So... I will keep you posted and give you an honest evaluation week by week.

Cons: It was an expensive toy with no benefits
Overall: I have noticed nothing. Just swinging from side to side for an hour on end per day. No weight loss not even a sore tummy or muscle. Sorry cannot say I experienced any gain and I feel for me it was a waste of time and money and I would gladly give it away or donate it to someone who wishes to play with the ab circle pro.

I reasonably purchased a Ab circle pro. But I can not get the computer to work. it shows the screen but when I start nothing happens. I have checked the batteries, the joints but no luck. the screen does say stop.that's it.

Try holding down the button and that should restart the computer. However check the batteries and joint/wire again. If you purchased it from the TV Shop and it is still under warranty, give one of our customer representatives a call and we will be happy to replace the computer for you. 1800 222 684.

Hi Steve, Sorry to hear that. I suggest you hold down the mode button for a few seconds as TV shop suggested. Check all parts again, try using the Ab circle pro again to see if the screen is working, give it a few swings, if it is not still working, I suggest that you contact the company you purchased if from and inform them of your issues. I hope this set back does not turn you off the ab circle pro. I do not work for the company, I just luv the machine. I am now down 14kgs. Good luck Steve. Let me know how you go. cheers.

Hi Fiona, Thanks for your question. The user manual has suggested that the weight of the Ab circle pro user should not exceed 275 pounds or approx 124 kgs. It is hard on your knees and body at the start but when you get started those excess christmas kgs WILL BE GONE. Fiona, if you are over this weight, NEVER FEAR, baby steps also please ask your doctor. With a doctors advise and an Ab circle pro you are on your way. Let me know how you go. Hi Kim, I suggest that you seek professional advice from a doctor b4 doing any form of exercise if you have a back problem. When I use the ab circle pro I personally do not feel any strain on my lower back, there is more strain on the sholders than lower back. Kim please speak to a doctor b4 you start any exercise. Hi Madelyn :-) It has worked for me. My body type is straight and I have found that the ab circle pro has made me more lean and Im happy to talk about it. Try it out. What ever your body type it will trim the fat. hehe! I am down 3 dress sizes now. A few more Kgs to go.

They are $200.00 and if you can get them to work they do make a difference, but watch out if you need to get it fixed as they have bad customer service, I am still waiting after 4 months.
