Really Bad Vacuum – I've persisted with this vacuum for over a year. I'm a poor student. Like all the other reviews, it worked fine for the first few months, but then lost much of its suction, despite cleaning it regularily. I am always pulling the head off the hose and using it without the head to collect 'larger' particles. I would not recommend this product.… Read more

Cheap Overheats - takes me 3 hours to do a small unit. Suction loss after a very small amount of time. Rolls over on itself often.

Cheap and average – When I first bought it a year back it was working fine. But with time it performance has degraded much . Frequently overheats and does a terrible job cleaning the carpet. But as people before me have said ,you get waht you pay for. I got it for 50 bucks. But then if I would have known that this is so poor , I wouldn't have considered buying it . Cheap Overheats , can't clean carpet

Cheap and functional, but not much else – Cheap vacuum cleaner, got one from Big W last year. Does the job fine, and seems to collect a lot of dust, but the machine overheats very quickly esp. on warm days. At the beginning it was really great but now, 12 months on, maybe it's time for a replacement. Good value for money nonetheless. Very cheap, worked well in the beginning Quick loss of suction, quick to overheat

Cheap but not so Cheerful – Ok, it's cheap. Really cheap... and light. That's about it for the positives.... There are several major design flaws to start with..... - The hose needs to be removed each time to empty the container - The container only takes a foot mat worth of dust before it clogs up the filter - The air intake into the canister blows straight onto… Read more

the filter shroud. Does not cyclone properly.

I took some duct tape and have fashioned my own intake vent to redirect the air away from the filter asembly. Improved somewhat....

The filter needs a thorough clean out almost every use to keep the thing at max suction.

The light weight and design with short hose means it rolls over often, feeding all the separated dirt and grit straight into the filter assembly, blockoing the whole thing..... Cheap

Reasonable vacuum cleaner – I've had this vacuum for almost 12 months now. To begin with, it was fantastic, did a great job on tiles and hardwood floors. It wasn't excellent on carpet however - it required going over a couple of times. It can be quite noisy, but it gets the job done relatively quickly in my small house, so it's not a bother for too long. The 'on/off' and… Read more

'cord rewind' switches have worked perfectly for me.

The last two times I've used it though, it has just switched off without warning, and I could not get it going again.

Good for a short term cheapie. Initially worked great, did it's job, colour is awesome Randomly shuts off during use.

Short time usage – Definiately get what your pay for. For something that is this cheap of course the quality won't be as strong for suction of dirt from the timber floor. My main concern my product intends switch off automatically after use for a short time (after 10-15 minutes). Of course I checked the obvious and there was nothing out to the ordinary to find. … Read more

I waited for afew minutes for the motor to cool down and tried again. I just take this product is only suited to use for a very short time in a very small room or caravan.. Light weight, easy storage Time might be limited to use with its motor running and bagless area is very small.

You get what you pay for – $40 from Big W. If you have a small residence, tiles, no pets and limited budget its okay. Cord rewind/starter switch will not last long. Suggest leaving it switched on use power point switch for operation. Leave cord out just wind round vacuum as it does not store easily. Colour was nice. cheap Hard to empty filters, they do not release easily, could not use slightest pressure for fear of breaking catches.

Waste of money – Terrible vacuum!!! Head of vacuum does not glide on carpet. It seems to have suction, yet won't suck anything up. It struggles with simple surface dirt on a short hair carpet! I don't know who quality test's these products. Plead don't buy this. Big waste of time. It was a total disappointment. Everything! Flimsy, loud, zero performance on simple surface dirt.

Worse than a broom on carpet! – This was the biggest waste of money! It pushes things around the carpet, does not suck anything up. Have cleaned out filter but makes no difference, its just cheap and nasty.. I admit it was cheap yes, but a $2 broom would do a better job, or get down on your hands and knees and suck it all up yourself ;) NOTHING!!!! Cheap, but may as well have just given the company my cash and left with an empty box. Is NOT a vacuum, as it DOES NOT VACUUM!

Great little vacuum cleaner for the caravan – I bought this for our caravan. It has sufficiently powerful suction for small jobs and a very fine filter for collecting the rubbish. Accessories included are adequate for the job. Being bagless, it's easy to carry in the van without having to worry about sourcing or storing bags. I'm not sure that it would be a good choice as a principal… Read more

cleaner for a home or unit, but for the purpose for which I bought it, it has been ideal. I'd recommend it highly to other caravan owners for their extended trips. Light weight, compact, cheap and a crazy green colour that makes Kermit look boring. It's a bit noisy on full sucking power, but a slide control adjusts the level of suction and therefore, the noise level.
