hospital car park every day. When I went to repark my car in 30mins (as it took time to find and sort this with security), they charged me $11!! I called the number again and they refused to waive the fee despite previously agreeing to do that. I cannot believe how terrible this service is - the fees are pure extortion. I only had to pay for 1 hour but I can only imagine what crazy fees the patients have to pay, at a hospital of all places. I would give this parking provider 0/5 stars if I could. Wilson has parking is a much better alternative with better customer service.

Idiot drivers – I encountered 2 drivers in Ace Parking vans driving down Ferntree Gully Road today. First saw them at 4:40pm and lost sight of them at 4:55pm. 1 was a green P plater. Both were driving at way more than the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and being completely reckless. These idiots need taking off the road. I have the rego numbers and times

Excellent, hassle-free service – Used Ace for the first time recently and was very pleased with their service. We left our car with them for 2 weeks while we went overseas and all went very smoothly. They made it very easy - friendly, helpful service and prompt shuttlebus. Show reply

Sad to hear you went bust – Have used this service many times and was very happy- booking some parking for December and just realised they have gone bust. Such a shame and also to hear the people not getting refunds- welcome to COVID times I guess

SCAM of a company – You guys just can’t go into liquidation and not pay people that have paid for your services. Absolute scam this company is. Where is our money. Lawyers are getting involved!

No refund yet – Cancelled my parking 23/03/2020, was not traveling until 01/07/20, email stating refund within 2-3 days and a month later still no refund, have sent 3 emails and they have been ignored. Wont book again with this lot, also everybody that has not received a refund can legally sue this company not only for the full amount but also interest on your money, i am intending to do this as this company has not refunded a cent.

Missing this great service – We've used ACE every time we travelled. So sad that COVID broke this business. Our thanks to all the staff who took such great care of us for so many years. Unresponsive – Cancelled on the 1st April due to COVID19. Have yet to receive a refund. No response to email or phone calls. Unacceptable. Ace Parking - if you at least post a "Due to COVID19, refunds will be processed within .... ". This will boost customer confidence. The stress you are causing your customers is shameful.

Do not pay full refund when flexi-cancel is paid for – Close to the airport, attractive prices, clean buses, friendly staff. injury, their terms and conditions provide no reference to flexi-cancellation meaning, they can choose to not give the full refund and there is nothing you can do as you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

I and my team will not be using the services again.

Cannot get full refund due to corona virus – In the event of recent corona outbreaks in Korea and Japan (which escalated over the weekend) even if you booked your carpark with ace only days ago, you cannot get back all your money if you decide to cancel. So pick wisely! We didn’t even use your product and it’s unsafe for our young kids to travel at this stage. I’d expect Amazon type level of customer service and sympathy but not with Ace’s team. Disappointed.

Secure and excellent service – Used the service a couple time, the location is easy to access, secure. Our car got a flat battery when we come back, they are really helpful and help us to jumpstart the car too. Safe airport parking – I have Used Ace Airport Parking on a number of times in the past few years, I can park lock my car and take the keys with me. The service from the car park to the airport was great and on returning to Melbourne the pickup at the Airport was no problem. had mostly small car only bays available. Which makes it impossible to park anything bigger than a hatch back.

Great service – Ace provides an excellent, reasonably priced service. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. We parked our own car and were helped to get our luggage to the lower level where the shuttle bus took us immediately to the airport. parking, cheaper than at the airport. Undercover feels more secure for the car. The shuttle transfer is quick & easy to and from the airport (quiet road almost all the way to the terminal), including car seats for the kids. It is rarely any thing other than a short wait for the bus to arrive, having called from arrivals hall when we have our luggage. And all the staff are friendly.

points according to their wish, basically they do not want you to have any freebies. Communication with the company is terrible, no matter how many times you call on their number 03 9330 2001, no one from admin staff will answer you and they transfer to field staff who had no idea regarding your concern.

In short never gonna use these guys any more and will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives.

There are plenty other options in the market...
