Terrible – We were lucky the first time the machine went on the blink because we got it fixed when the heating element stuffed up right before the warranty was to expire. It is now June 2010, and it has happened again. No heat and we are out of our warranty. We rang Electrolux, just like jaffa92 did, and they informed us of pretty much the same thing. $95 for 15 minute visit plus $680 for new part, plus, plus, plus. So we are going to have to buy another dishwasher. Personally, a dishwasher should last longer than that. My opinion is that they stink and I would avoid them like the plague !!!!!! Looks good !!! We bought our machine in 2004 and it has stuffed up twice with the "heating" part.

Bad – It was in the house when I moved in but is only 5 years old and had hardly been used when I bought the house a year ago. It is no longer heating the water and I have been quoted $626 for parts and $95 for the call out to tell me what was wrong and another $100+ to repair it. I will buy a new dishwasher instead. It looks good and is easy to use Wash cycles take too long - even the shortest takes over an 90 mins
