Terrible – Product is fine but you better hope you dont need any customer or after sales service. AEG disappointed me totally and I hope it was a one off howedver I don't hink so. Great cleaning. The pathetic service from AEG when the product did not come with all its parts.

Terrible – AEG only keep their spare parts for a limited time. None of their appointed service agents have any idea how they work and some charge an exhorbitant surcharge on any spare parts. Delays in getting the item fixed are significant (if you can afford it). Cleans and works really well. Worst service and spare parts in Australia. Most expensive too.

Excellent – No longer serviced by Andi-Co, referred to Electrolux and they had a service man out the next day to fix a problem with the door which was the fault of the cabinet maker - very professional and helpful. Great product and service. Has everything I need in a dishwasher. Washes and dries well, better than my Bosch. Love the auto cycle and 30 min wash. Was a bit dearer than the asian models but I was happy to pay for quality
