Pros: This speaker maybe not have a big subwoofer (it's only 5,25") but it can "kick" the low sound like you have a big one. Are you a gamer? That is no doubt to choose this speaker to do some noise in your room. Or you're a musician? This speaker can take you to a new musical experience.
Cons: The design was totally like a toy. The subwoofer volume control are located on the subwoofer body.
Overall: This speaker can bring a deep bass and a clear middle, but the treble seems can't come out brightly. You maybe can't believe what you see, a small size speaker, low power consumption (only 20 watt RMS), but it has a big sound and power. Overall, i have been using this speaker for almost 4 years, but the sound doesn't look old. This is the speaker for all purpose, it have a good price and it has a great sound on it class.

Pros: "Thy speakers shall be your friend," says so Elvis if he only got a chance to take a peek on the round oval-shape like speakers you would think at as a microphone without a vase.

Speakers, especially loud ones are flat and rectangular-like, but the XA3021 is totally different from the rest. Even the included satellite speakers follows their mom's traits. All of them cylindrical. That's perfect for the gaming/gamer-minded guy, aside from its standard audio needs.
Cons: Ridiculous design. Customers may or may not bite on the aesthetics. On the other hand, it looks cool enough. What'a design, you'll see...
Overall: Cheap on the pocket, and that's the XA3021. Doesn't have surround capability but the sound's OK. There are other brands, models to look afterward. High fidelity isn't for this Altec speaker: only designs.
