Very disappointing – I have an Antler suitcase which is 15 years old and looking a little shabby but is still strong so I didn't think twice about buying one of these suitcases new. Sadly I live in a regional city and the nearest agent is 150 kilometres away so it's not worth claiming warranty.

A Word of Caiution – Although after my first trip using my Antler luggage, I would have given it a 5 star review. After the second trip, I can only give it one star. It is very light and easy to use. plastic support had completely shattered.

I sent a warranty claim including pictures and description of the damage. A full week later, I got an email from Antler that they would review my claim and let me know the result within 28 days. After not receiving a reply, I sent them a reminder email. So now, my initial claim and reminder email have been totally ignored. Another email asking why I didn't receive at least and explanation has also been ignored.

I can only assume that the great customer service reviews I have seen are generated by Antler itself.

I still think Antler makes a good product, but think about buying these products if you are relying on the warranty.

still light weight so it is east to carry. The metals are of high quality and the wheels glide smoothly along, making it easy to move. It is an attractive suitcase and worth paying the extra money for. very easy to transport more expensive than other brands

Excellent – We just got back from a 5 week trip all around Europe. Needless to say, we travelled almost every second or third day, which meant our luggage got handled also every 2-3 days. this luggage again. Only problem we had was the plastic strip on the base broke off on our trip - but our suit case did go through a lot while we were away. We were surprised that was the only thing that broke off. Handles are all still in tact.

Worth the money – Strong, well made, easy to move around a crowded airport. Interior is good and the ability to expand it is great! I have bought this brand before and was confident that it would NOT fall apart after one extensive trip. Not really wrong - but pretty ordinary looking. But maybe that is good as it does not draw attention!

Excellent – I really would recommended this luggage we have a two pieces of different sizes (one large and one small) and they are used a lot. We got them on sale at myer at 40% off in a big luggage sale, so they weren't so expensive for us. extremely Lightweight suitcase, really nice suitcase on the inside and outside. very protective of yoru belongings. Wheels feel very stable and are durable. The surface looks new for ages. not the trendiest looking piece of luggage you can buy.

Expander allows you to fit in more luggage, which is especially handy on return trips. Significantly more expensive than other brands, but you get what you pay for.
