Overall: Perfect for anyone, esp with little kiddies. Mine is so handy whilst waiting at the doctors or in the car to keep little ones amused. Also great for anyone technologically challenged.I will be getting one for my husband very soon as he loves it just as much as every one else.

Pros: Inexpensive (on the right plan), easy to use, fun.
Cons: My screen has cracked (b/c my toddler threw it on the tiles) but it still works well.
Overall: Love the iPhone and all Apple products. The 3Gs was a hand-me-down from my husband which I was very happy to have. It works well and is gr8 for way more than just phone calls. I often use it for internet banking and other important business info while I'm out and about. I'm looking fwd to upgrading to the latest model when it arrives (and when my current contract runs out).

Overall: This is the best phone/laptop I have ever owned. It isn't just a phone, you can do anything you imagine to do with your laptop. And by anything,I mean anything! It has everything. It's the best thing Apple has ever made. Of course, after Lisa. It has all of the equipment you can have on a laptop. After a clean jailbreak, you can download torrents, share files via Bluetooth, upload files from your phone to your favourite file sharing site, download any type of file from any file sharing site, and so on!

Pros: Easy to use, great applications, affordable, looks good
Cons: battery can run out before the day is over sometimes, no camera flash
Overall: My first smart phone. Surprised about how much it can do and how much the apps help me in day to day life. My kids love the games and it's great to keep them occupied. Good value on a 24 month plan. very easy to use for a first timer unfamiliar with apple products

Pros: Easy to use, slim design, solid, stylish
Cons: Can no longer upgrade operating system, limited SMS tones, got a bit slow after time
Overall: This phone lasted me 2 years before I decided to upgrade. It's the first phone that has lasted me that long! Gets a bit slow towards the end and unfortunately you can't upgrade the IOS for it anymore but I gave it to my son and he loves it :)
