Good – Overall the product is good, no complaints although it didnt break in the first month but they give you a brand new replacement so no problems there! The i-pod is a great entertainment tool, from music, apps, and videos. Can keep you entertained for hours. Good to watch videos or keep you alive on the train. The apps add up and end up costing you… Read more ·  1

quiet abit, and their never as good as you assume them to be. Everyone has an i-pod or i-phone, its ridicously annoying. And all the downloads of music videos cost you the same in a shop but dont forget how much internet your wasting and how it will show in your bill. Your music only stays on i-tunes

Excellent – We have two iPod Touches and we love them for both the music and the applications you can download. These are such fun and such amazing value for money. We use the calendar/diary and contacts to store everyones details. Holds a lot of music. We also use it as a stereo with a docking station which is brilliant when entertaining or even when you… Read more

travel on holidays! Yes, the games do loose some novelty with time, however we still come back to them regularly (and buy ones). We also area able to use it through our wirless network at home (or wherever you can access one) and this is great if you are watching TV and want to google something or hear a sing and want to download it then and there. Have never regretted buying this product. Easy to use, great apps, great calendar. Good fun piece of technology. Fast to charge on a docking station. Fragile - you have to take care not to drop it, scratch it etc. Battery does decrease quickly when you are using the screen eg. for games. Slow to charge via computer.

Excellent – I love the iPod Touch. The apps you can buy (and some are free) are awesome and seemingly almost limitless to the types you can buy these days. The free ones are pretty good too. Wi-Fi is a genius idea (however limited to where you can get a wi-fi connection) and a far cheaper option for browsing than what your mobile carrier provides. I… Read more

definitely wouldn't get any other type of player for my music or vids while out and about. I actually prefer it over the iPhone because I'd hate to accidentally stuff up my phone contacts etc. and I don't like to pay extra for browsing (which you can accidentally do if you forget to change the settings on the iPhone) It has pretty much all the features of the iPhone (bar the actual calling, sms or gps) at a fraction of the cost. Wi-Fi is great, apps are awesome and it plays music and videos! The memory of the 2nd Gen iPod Touch isn't great which causes some apps to stall if it uses too much memory. I hate that you can't use your own music for the alarm. Not being able to download/install any add-ons to the browser means it can't do flash, shockwave etc.

Good – The Apple iPod Touch is a solid product, and the sleekness and usability increases if you get the second generation iPod Touch. I'll say that the iPod Touch is an easy to use, stable device. Though personally I think I've seen all it has to offer. There are tons of games, movies, and music to download for it. It accepts MP3, AAC, and WAV I… Read more

believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. Okay, I just looked up a list of formats it accepts. Here's the formats (music) that it accepts:

AAC, protected AAC, MP3, MP3 VBR, Audible, Apple lossless, WAV, and AIFF.

Also, I must mention. There has been only one notable problem with it. It sometimes will not allow me to enter my apps. I have only been able to fix this by deleting redownloading all my apps. Which you can do, once you've bought something on the app store it will stay forever. This is tedious and ridiculous, I hope they fixed this bug in iPhone OS 3.0. Overall, if you want a dependable music player with good style and the ability to play both games and movies, this is for you! It has a sleek design, and is very usable. I got the 16GB and it has plenty of space. Watching movies on it is easy and fast, and if you already have them there are tools to convert movies and video files to iPod. I think it may be a bit over priced for the amount of space. I really think Apple should add a micro SD slot to it. This would make it so much easier to expand. Though I doubt Apple will ever give up on making you buy a new iPod every time you want more space. Besides that it's a solid device. I haven't had it crash on me or anything.

Good – The iPod touch is my favourite of all the iPods by Apple, but I think that it needs to be made of the same scratch resistant metal as the iPod nano. I highly recommend it. outrageous mobile internet bills. The iPod touch has a beautiful sleek design and fits perfectly in your hand. Its display is really easy to use and has very few glitches. The glossy metal case on the back is extremely scratchable, although there are many cases you can buy for it. It is also quite inconvenient to not have a wall charger (although my iPod dock charges it).

Good – I was looking for the camera this time around - many people were. However, we just had to make do with improved graphics and new software. OK – The ipod touch is a great piece of equipment, with wifi capabilitys, large touch screen and and good graphics. It is fairly simple to use and their are hundred of apps you can get to use. OK – A couple of weeks ago I bought the Ipod touch as it is something I always wanted and it was on sale at a store for $200 for an 8GB one. this product was because of the touch screen and the applications you can use for it. Most trial appliactions are for free, but you usually have to pay a dollar or two for the good ones. Great big touch screen Battery life isn't that great.

Bad – I had never had an ipod. With all the hype about them i thought i would try it. I dont settle for second best, so i got the best ipod touch on the market, 32gb gen 2 $550. It was very disappointing. This device is very limited. You can only play 2 types of media, mp4 and mp3. The program "itunes" which is what you use to put media on the ipod,… Read more

is very difficult to manage. It is not as simple as drag and drop. There is an obstacle course (courtesy of apple) that you have to endure just to put media on the 32gb flash drive. The touch screen is impressive, but the incompatibility issues and fragility of the item is too much for me to swallow. For an item this expensive that is new and modern, it really lacks special features and is too limited. You will get bored of it real quick.

If you love spending hours converting files this is ideal. If you like simple reliable items, keep away from this item. Excellent user interface. Looks extremely stylish. Light, headphone sound is clear and detailed. Touch screen is the best. Compatibility is extremely bad. Back and front of itouch is very easily marked with fingerprints. not enough options. Internal speakers have VERY low sound. Over priced and over rated.

Excellent – I recently purchased an Ipod Touch and so far I love it! I have downloaded about 20 free apps and they are all great fun games that keep me amused for hours. Good – I would highly recommend the iPod touch to anyone who wants a device that does a variety of tasks. compact iPod. I love the way it can do a large number of things. It is like a small laptop. The App Store also provides thousands of cheap and free games to play. It is fast. Applications launch almost instantaneously. The touch screen is very intuitive and easy to use, making all the interactions smooth. The 8GB model was too small for my needs, but the next size up is 32GB and this involves a large price jump. It can get a little heavy when holding it to watch movies. The battery seems to drain really quickly. As with all Apple products, the range of movie files you can play is limited, so this involves a lot of converting files.

We are realising that 8Gb for a music player that also doubles up as a web browser and a game player is not very much. The huge range of free and non free apps is a huge plus.
