fantastic as it literally is 2 computer systems in one. I have a few programs that run only on a PC so being able to run them on this machine is fantastic. Nothing to speak of. My kids have one each and they have had their hard drives crash which is not good, I keep my machine raised at the back to let more air flow under it as it gets very hot. Perhaps this is a problem with these machines????

Excellent – Apple does a great job with the MacBook and from the first impressions of opening the package to connecting and firing up your MacBook, you will be impressed. I have found their products, software and support to be first class. Stylish, compact, excellent quality and great user interface. Has that 'wow' factor that makes it stand out. Battery could last longer but with a realistic use time of about 1 to 1.5 hours, it is about the same as others.

customer service who will often fix it for you for free even if product is out of warranty! my macbook is amazing, iv had other laptops, and none have even come close on quality, style, and ease of use. get one! don't even consider anything else!! some of the internet websites require windows xp to view slideshows etc. but i guess its only a matter of time before the rest of the world catches up to this new advanced technology!

temperature of the machine as it heats up over time as the graphics card and CPU are working hard.

Under normal use everything is as fast and smooth as you would expect from any mac, with the battery happily giving you on average 4 hours of internet surfing for example without mains power connected.

The screen is very clear, clean and bright.

All the ports are provided except modem, but you have network port and dvd. Bluetooth is useful for mobile phones. Digital cameras seem to work out of the box, what a great OS (10.4.11) Battery lasts 4+hrs, great screen, super fast, light, reliable, great OS

not compatible with my Netgear WPN924 router when on WPA settings. The problem is that it blocks many websites including google sites. Apple cannot help and Netgear cannot help. So I have not really achieved anything. Apart from that its nice. Another minor gripe is that the screen does not open 180 degrees. So will I buy another one. Only if I can resolve the router issue. I am using the computer as a media centre and use an LCD TV as an additional monitor, and also my home theatre to play songs through iTunes. The great thing is that you just plug things into it and it just works. Rarely do you need to put a CD into the drive to install a driver, and when I do need to go somewhere else it is light and has very good battery life - I get around 3.5 hour out of a recharge even with the screen brightness set on a high setting!

favourite thing about it is that it is very small, but it really packs a punch. I've never used a mac before, so it took some time to adjust. I love it now, although I did find it frustrating at first. One of the problems I still have is finding programs- plus I had to fork out $200 for microsof office for mac, and I also paid more for the 2GHz upgrade.
