Ascaso Basic

This is garbage – I bought the Ascaso Basic as I was thinking it would be high quality (built in Spain)...I was terribly wrong. Plugged in machine and turned on and no water came out after several tries....after manually blowing air into the intake tube it started working. However, the machine would produce only luke warm coffee with no crema...absolutely zero. I must have tried 50 trials but still nothing drinkable. It is plastic and cheap feeling from the moment you pick it up. I contacted the factory but they only passed me off to deal with the seller (who subsequently passed me off to a third party repairman)....to sum up - STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE...go with a Saeco and save yourself a headache...
