Baby Jogger City Mini

Strong, lightweight pram – I bought this pram because it only weighed 7.6 kgs. It is super smooth and direct with it's steering. I love the small fold down size and the easy one step pull to fold. Amazing. Show details
can go through the anything ! – We really outgoing parents and we go hiking a lot and this baby Jogger can take any rocky road. been using it for over 2 years with no problem at all ! The only downfall is that the colours of the fabric fade fast making it look older then it is , probably the safest option is to choose black colour Show details · 1
Disappointed – Contacted baby jogger multiple times and no response, Pram very recently out off warranty (12 months) still no reply and I'm stuck with a dodgy pram that doesnt work properly Show details

Best baby buy EVER – I bought this pram for the simple reason that it was the only pram in the shop that I could actually lift high enough to get into the boot of a car. After 2 children who have now both outgrown the pram it was absolutely the best baby purchase I ever made and though it has been treated pretty roughly, it is in great shape and would easily be good… Read more
for another few years. It was the only pram I ever used and I used it a lot. It fitted easily between racks and aisles in the shops, fitted easily into the boot of my car and went from flat to suit a newborn to a seated toddler position in a very simple move, the basket wasn't huge but it was never too small either. Great maneuverability, one handed unfold and fold, lightweight to carry, heaps of accessories that fit onto it and when number 2 came along it was quick and easy to pair the frame with a capsule too. The only slight issue I had was with my choice of colour. I wish I hadnt gone for the beigey / stone colour as it showed every single speck of dirt. I'm sure I wasn't supposed to but I used to strip the pram down quite frequently which took about 5 mins and I would throw the whole fabric section into a quick wash in the washing machine and put it back together to dry overnight & it came out looking as good as new every time. For comfort sake you do need a pram inset with this pram but for hygiene you wouldnt use a pram without one anyway.
Best pram! – Practically is key for me when thinking about purchasing my pram. I had heard many great reviews from friends who have used it too. Although not the prettiest, it definetely is the most practical. It is not overly heavy and the thing I love most about it is the one lift and pack away feature of the pram. There's no need to fluff about with… Read more
removing bassinets and attaching etc. this is a massive time saver, when mum's are already time poor.
the second thing I love about the pram is the manouverabillty of it. Hands down a winner, I can carry baby in one arm if he's fussy and move the pram so easy with one hand. It cuts corners very easily.
The hood is large and covers bubs very well. The pram reclines to almost flat which is perfect for. Bubs when he's having a nap. The recline feature is easy to use as you either pull the drawstring up or down depending how high you want bubs to be. There is a window (secured by Velcro) at the top so you can peep in to see what baby is up to. The handle bars are a perfect height for me (I'm 163cm) and have a rubber grip to it. I know they say don't hang your bag on the handles (but everyone does and I do) and it is fine. My nappy bag is usually pretty heavy as I have to carry hot water and bottles. There is ample space at the bottom to fit other things.
Negatives about the pram is It is only outward facing. When bubs was a newborn, I would have loved to see his face but he's grown so quickly that he now wants to see the world so outward facing is fine now.
On hot days, the pram can get really warm even with the air flow cover open. We now clip on a portable foam fan to keep bubs cool and it has worked fine.
Initially the colour choices were limited and ugly!!! But lucky a denim version came out which I just fell in love with and is perfect.
Overall best pram purchase and would highly recommend for practicality over pretty.
Best baby purchase – Ours lasted 6 years of heavy use in our family. Best thing by far was just how easy it was getting around and going anywhere. We used it in Brisbane, along beaches in Cairns, through London, down UK country roads and muddy fields, up and down Auckland's hills, over cobbled streets in Paris, public transport in Frankfurt, and across tiny… Read more
footbridges in Freiburg, off-road in Ubud, crowded city shopping malls in Hong Kong, airports, train stations, etc etc... And we never once had a single issue or problem with it.
Our toddler travelled and slept in it very comfortably through many months of travel. I don't know how many trains and planes and hotels the stroller survived, but it was a lot--and we didn't even have the (too expensive) travel bag for it, we just folded it up, secured it with a lockable suitcase strap, and off it went to the luggage hold at the departure gate. We loved that stroller to bits for how durable and rugged it was. I could go on forever about how great it is. And now it is with family in a place where there are hardly any roads or infrastructure, and they say it is still going strong and they are using it every day.
Pros:
- Compact and narrow, and easy to fold, yet never flimsy and always comfortable for our child, who was in it from newborn to age 6.
- Very high quality construction. We used this stroller VERY heavily. It did get minor scratches along the frame in places, but we were never careful with it--we didn't need to be! And it never got so much as a tear in the fabric. The wheels were only just starting to show some wear when we passed it on, which was impressive considering the mileage it had done.
- The whole fabric component comes off to wash, which was really handy because it was quite filthy after some flights.
- So easy to 'drive'. Love how it turned at just a touch of the handle bars. One of us has a wrist injury so this was a big plus. It had a great turning circle too, no corner too sharp!
- Very smooth ride, as far as three wheelers go. We had no idea how smooth until we tried out a few other three wheeler strollers last weekend.
- Loved the canopy especially. It provided great coverage whenever it rained or snowed, or when the sun was really harsh, and it made for a really cosy napping environment for our little one.
- Travels ridiculously well on public transport. Often didn't even need to fold it up on trains and buses.
- Folds easily and quickly.
- Accessories range is great. We had the parent console and a drink holder, but we used the cheaper universal rain cover and bug cover, and these fit perfectly well.
- Does surprisingly well in both high and low temperatures. We used it in the tropics and in the snow, and our child was comfortable in both extremes--we left the mesh opening exposed when it was hot, and kept it closed and added blankets when it was cold.
Cons:
- The only thing I wished it had was the ability to have baby facing me in the first 6 months (this can be achieved with the basinet accessory or a compatible baby capsule, but we didn't have either while travelling).
Overall: Loved it to bits, can't fault it. It's not a pram, so I wouldn't expect it to behave like a pram--it's not as smooth as a pram, doesn't face you like a pram, doesn't have the storage, breadth, and heaviness of a pram (which is what makes a pram a smoother ride & preferred for newborns). I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a compact, no-nonsense, go anywhere, rugged stroller, but who doesn't need the full heavy duty jogger setup. We are expecting again and I wish I hadn't been so quick to give away the old one! We will buy the GT model this time - only because it can carry baby to a heavier max weight, which means we'll get to use it for longer! And this time we'll be able to use a capsule with it so that baby can face me in those early months. :)

Great pram – Lightweight and easy to lift in and out of car, easy to fold and unfold, easy to push, fits easily into boot. Narrow wheel base makes it easy to move around the shops, good price. All round great pram! Show details · 1
so easy to put up and down but has its flaws – I do love this pram, its so light and easy to move around, you can also easily put it up and down with one hand. However, the bag storage section at the bottom has quite a small opening which makes taking a baby bag in and out that is full of baby gear quite difficult. So you would need to consider what type of baby bag or storage you will be… Read more · 3
using. I find myself yanking on the bag to get it out or having to push up the seat back if it is reclined and bub is sleeping which isn't ideal. The seat belt is also a tad fiddly. I don't understand why they have separated the two side straps to make 4?? It seems a bit silly.
Best pram ever! – You got me at one handed fold. I’ve owned 3 prams and this one by far is the best value for money. I recently purchased a stroller because my little girl is walking now but I’m already missing my city mini. It’s light weight, easy to steer but the best part aside from the one handed fold is probably that the hood is so big it provides full coverage for my little one. Show details · 1

Not easy to turn – Using this from 1 month old. Baby sleeps in the seat. Easy to fold, but it’s not gonna be that flat. Maybe all buggies are but not easy to turn. Have to lift a bit all the time. Can run with dogs. However maybe you want a lighter alternative. Sometimes seatbelt annoys me coz click noise is loud and wakes baby up. And puffy shoulder parts come… Read more
off easily.
Bag space under seat is not big.
Kinda heavy. Will I get used to it?
Super cheap if compared with other brands. I bought this for around $330.
My baby smiles through the window which is cute!
So.... good! Not too great but happy.
Loving my Baby jogger city mini but – I bought this pram because it was light and very compact but has the features of other larger prams. It is a great pram and when I see my other friends trying to fit their massive mountain buggies and bugaboos into their cars I smile smugly as the Baby jogger really is the best slim and light weight pram. I bought the 3 wheeler but wish I had the… Read more
4 wheeler. As the 4 wheeler can take the GT wheels which are much bigger and easier to get the pram around on rougher surfaces. The 3 wheeler can not swap the wheels on and I do wish I had the larger GT wheels as the city mini wheels are just less versatile. So if I had my time again I'd buy the 4 wheeler and get both the GT and the city mini wheels. Other than that the city mini is an awesome and I love it. The nappy bag that goes with it is also great and fits on the pram so well. It doesn't look as fancy as other nappy bags but it fits everything and doesn't bulk up the pram when its attached.
Decent stroller – I bought this second hand on gumtree and it appears to have withstood some tough times and came out looking good. To me that speaks of its quality. Handles really well until you want to go backwards and do a bit of a turn. I like the way it folds away easily and adapts really well to take another brand of capsule. The wheels pick up a lot… Read more
of sharp stuff like prickles, gum nuts - anything sharp.
I wish the so called accessories would just be included eg belly bar and tray, foot covers, rain covers etc. You do have to buy a few things separately which is annoying and they're not cheap.
I wouldn't buy this brand new because there are better versions out there but if you can't afford a brand new stoller or want a second one eg for the grandparents house..,then its a good buy as second hand.

Pram from new born to preschool – It has been easy to use and open. Not light but not heavy. It goes into the car boot fairly easily and we have a small sedan (Honda Civic). The best thing is we didn't need to buy a new born pram and then another as they get older. It converts the laying surface from flat to inclined as our baby got older The only issue I found is the center of gravity is quite high so it has risk of tipping backwards when leaning on the hand bar. Omg we love this pram!!! – My son loved the newborn attachment and when he went to forward facing he loved his pram even more! This is the easiest pram to push, fold up and clean! Show details
It’s definitely one of my faves! – I have tried quite a few different prams/strollers, I have 3 boys and at one time i even needed a double. Perfect for my toddler! – I purchased this as a second pram and ended up selling the other pram because I love the city mini so much. It’s lightweight and folds so easily and compact. The basket looks small but actually fits a bit in it. My 2.5 year old has plenty of room and will fit for quite a while. Now that I have a newborn I’d love for this pram to be parent… Read more

Overall I am very happy with this pram!
Awesome light pram – We bought this as an every day, second pram. It is perfect for easily getting in and out of tight spaces (ie shopping Centre car parks) and is so lightweight! The ability to fold with one hand is amazing, and can not be underestimated for those who want an easy pram to use (while sleep deprived)! Bub fits in easily, although we added a liner for a… Read more
little extra padding. This pram can go anywhere, but don’t expect the same suspension as heavier prams. This pram is the best option for a small, lightweight, easy to use, metro/city area pram (ie not designed for off road usage).
The only pram you'll ever need – Used this pram for 5 years now, after 2 bubs and still going strong. The fabric colour still looks as new (red) as day 1. We love the easy one hand fold and doesn't take up much room when folded. The seat lies almost flat which meant we could use since birth and it has a great large hood as well as big storage capacity. The pram is very reasonably priced for all these great features.
Would not buy any other pram! – The lightweight and easy to fold pull I'd excellent. I have had experience with many pranks due to working as a nanny and being a mum. So hard fold other prams. Heaps room at bottom. Click on some bag holders and cup tray. Perfect pram in every way! Buy it!
Great pram highly recommend – This pram is very easy to move around with and has simple folding with light weight to lift . It takes up very little room in the car I like that you can take the back wheels off and love how far the roof/cover folds down really low towards feet from sunlight/wind only dislike I have is how hard the seat area is other than that I highly recommend
Baby jogger – This is easy to fold up. Put in car take on bus. Walk or jog around neighborhood. Is stylish easy yo clean it suits my baby and my lifestyle good price and i would recommend it to anyone starting out with a new baby. Very happy with it Very lightweight

Lightweight and easy to fold – After owning clunky two piece pull down pram the City Mini was a welcome edition to our family. It was lightweight, sturdy and easily folded with one hand. Perfect for travelling! the almost flat recline was a great selling point for us. After 12 months the front wheel did become jammed quite often which was very frustrating. For our second born we upgraded to the Baby Jogger elite. The higher adjustable handle suited my husband better.
Excellent – Had to find a pram that would fit into our 7 seater Kluger and this was a easy compact folding stroller that fitted. Found it to be a great pram easy to use and fold. No issues. Love how far you can pull down the shade on top almost covers all.
Best pram ever! – We bought a baby Jogger Citi Mini for our first child and have used it for all three and recommended it to everyone who is embarking on parenthood! I was sold on the ease of folding it up and how light it is to carry. It made life so much easier to be able to take baby out & fold it up with one hand while holding him in the other. The wheels go… Read more
on all terrain and turn smoothly. It was great for taking kids to the shop as it fits down all aisles and within shops and doesn't take up much room when on an escalator or in a lift. It fits in the boot of our small car with ease & must be comfy as all my kids love a good sleep when in it!
Excellent – Both of my kids use this one. It is light weight and easy to unfold and fold and did not use too much space in the car and off the car. It is also comfortable to push with both kids.I would lightly recommend this pram to parents and carer givers.
Awesome pram but occasionally has trouble folding! – My wife is tiny so we bought this as it is one of the lightest on the market. Love how it is soo light weight and easy to maneuver. Great little pram we take everywhere and it can maneuver through the super market isle easily. Only problem we had is that once in a month the metal mechanics near the back wheel of the pram gets caught with the strap… Read more
and we can't fold the pram. Have to release/undo part of the cover to unhook the strap that gets caught in the metal. Annoying but once you figure out how to fix this, this pram is awesome!
Great pram at a light weight – Originally purchased from Baby Bunting around 4 years ago and still going strong. After much research and testing, the Baby Jogger City Mini is one of the lighter prams available. There are lighter prams, but doesn't feel as stable and well constructed. When folded, it doesn't take up much room and is easy to unfold.
5 years and going strong – Our pram is now five years old and starting out with the second child. We have never had a single issue with build quality and have only required to remove the wheels for cleaning where they attach when necessary (probably once a year) to ensuring smooth turning etc. Folds conveniently, lightweight, not too big but plenty of space and sun protection for the child. Highly recommended.
Light and easy for frequent traveller – We bought this for our firstborn with the main reason being it's weight. At only approximately 7kg, it is not far from the weight of some 'strollers'designed for travelling. We travel a lot and wanted something that can be used every day but also easy to fly with. This certainly did not disappoint. We travelled for a month in Canada with our… Read more
6-month-old using this stroller. Gate-checking it at airports was a breeze. The downside is that the buckles are a little flimsy - now broken at slightly after 12 months (therefore no longer covered by warranty...). Also, the fact that it doesn't come with a bar at the front and cannot support a fully upright sitting position probably contributes to our 15-month old no longer wanting to sit in it.
Wonderful pram – One of the lightest and easiest to use prams on the market. One piece which opens and folds easily with one hand. Unlike others on the market which consist of multiple parts that require the user to lift in and out of their vehicle. That’s why the baby jogger city is my choice
Stable and easy to maneuver – I like that we made the choice of buying this pram, it is very stable, reliable, easy to handle and easy to fold back into the car. I like the idea of going for long walks with my baby and this pram is the best for this purpose. I do not run, just walk and it is easy to push and it has good reliable wheels.
Perfect pram – This pram is really a good investment. The quality of this pram is really good and very easy to use and clean. It is easy to maneuver, and so easy to fold. All of my 3 children used this pram and i couldn't be any happier. I just wish it comes with a second seat, other than that this pram is perfect.
Great, lightweight pram – Excellent pram. So light and easy to fold up. Would like more/better storage on the pram, but very easy to push around. Takes up very little room in the boot. Lasted us about 4 years and was able to on-sell once my child had outgrown it. Doesn't like going on too rough a terrain; if the GT had been out when we purchased we would have bought that, but great for paved walkways and grass.
Brilliant! – Brilliant pram so easy to maneuver with only one hand! Folds with the pull of one strap light enough to carry with one hand perfect for when you have the baby in the other at the car. Takes up very little room when folded leaving heaps of room in your boot and making it easy to store.
