Disgusted with their customer service – Well long story short I wrote the review below and I do love the pram BUT have an issue with one of the wheels already have only had it since October 2013 so that's about 5 months have had used it about 20 times walking/jogging. Rang up to try get a replacement wheel and they were SO unhelpful refused to let me claim warranty because the shop I… Read more

bought it from wasn't one of their authorised dealers. We confirmed serial number and everything so they know and have said it's a genuine baby jogger I have receipt and everything as proof of purchase dates etc. And the shop I have contacted says that they have never had this issue with baby jogger before. The girl on the phone was useless a robot at most who knew nothing just kept saying "sorry I can't help you it's our policy" I paid the full RRP on the pram and an extra $100 shipping as I live very remote and this was the only store that had one in stock and could deliver quickly it's an actual baby shop I had no idea I had to be picky from where I bought my pram from! I didn't read their terms and conditions on their website before buying the pram. I am absolutely disgusted that they won't help me just replace the tire. I mean it's a baby jogger it's less then a year old so why are they washing their hands of it, why does it matter where it was bought? It was clearly sealed, unopened and new when bought and have a tax invoice to prove this. So please BEWARE when purchasing a baby jogger as they didn't try and help me at all couldn't have cared less about the problem. Never in my life have I felt so let down by a big company like this especially on a $1100 pram!! Just morally because of this even though I love this pram I won't ever purchase from them again!! Great pram horrible customer service, beware

I can confirm that their customer service is shocking. Shame because generally the products are so good.

Just okay – Let me begin by saying that I purchased this pram second-hand on ebay, and I suspect that some of its faults were caused by the previous owner's lack of care. The summit 360 has many excellent features, as do all Babyjogger prams. I purchased this specific model with the intention to use it as an all-round pram that I could also jog with.… Read more

Unfortunately it didn't quite hit the mark for either purpose. I now have a Babyjogger City Mini (which I love) and am looking at purchasing a combo bike trailer/jogger for jogging and cycling. Same as other babyjogger models - quick fold technology, pretty easy to steer, quality materials, good ventilation keeping baby from getting too hot. My pram veered off to the right with the front wheel in locked mode for running. Difficult to manoeuvre with front wheel locked even when that was accounted for. If running with wheel not locked, pram got the speed wobbles (at a very low jogging speed mind you!) once bub was over around 8kg. Brakes were stuffed when I got it. Basket quite small, difficult to shove a whole nappy bag in to. Too wide for aisles at some stores.

After 17 prams, this is by far.. The best pram I have ever purchased! – Yes! 17 prams! I have bought so many prams looking for ease of use, easy steering and a go anywhere pram. This pram covers almost all of my wants and needs in a pram. I'm not a big runner but I do jog here and there when I can't get to the gym so I was looking for an all rounder pram. This not only performs as a jogger but its also the… Read more

best stroller I have had for around town. It's so Easy to steer and monouver!! I agree with the back support issue, It does need more support as my sons back arches. It also needs space for a drink holder and doesn't fit through the small shopping isles but these things are so worth putting up with.

My biggest issue with this pram is the tyres, I had a puncture in both rear tyres, trying to change the tubes were a nightmare and it took huge chunks out of the hard plastic. It also doesn't have a hand brake which I have needed on a number of occasions.

These issues have been fixed in the newer model and I must agree there also, the newer model hood looks much nicer :) I bought this pram for $250 secondhand and in immaculate condition. I am extremely impressed with the structure and design of the pram. I can't say enough about it. I just absolutely love it! I would buy another one in a heart beat!

Will never own anything else :) The fold system, light weight, fantastic suspension, easy to steer. Changing the tyres is very difficult, no drink holder, lack of back support, no hand brake.

Great stroller, the quick collapse draws envy everywhere – We already had a stroller for my step-daughter so when we were expecting a new bub we wanted to find a great stroller that was easy to use and dissassemble and wouldnt weigh a ton. We read reviews of the baby jogger and were initially looking at the City Elite but my partner loved the independent suspension of this one, and so we bought this and… Read more

various accessories while on a trip visiting family in Auckland. It is amazing it makes walking anywhere a breeze and i love that all I have to do is lift the pull lever in the seat to collapse it for our little one. Whenever I show people they are impressed...it fits in the boot of my corolla easily leaving room for more items easily whereas the old stroller took my whole boot space.

Also we are both really tall - my partner is over 6 foot and im 5 foot 9 so the adjustable handle and good height is fab for us Very easy to assemble, use and put down. just perfect

Easy to push, easy to fold, great to run with – I bought this is 2011, overall it's a really great daily use and running pram. Pros * So easy to steer and push, even with it's big wheels and wheel base I find this pram so easy to use (as opposed to a small umbrella stroller)and prefer it for crowded places as it's easy to get out of the way of other people * The quick fold mechanism is… Read more

fantastic - So easy, and the wheels pop off easily if you have a small car too.

* Goes off road so easily. Grass, pebbles and dirt tracks are all fine, suspension is great.

* Nice high handle for taller people.

* Good sun canopy (although the canopy on the newer Summit XC is much better looking!)

* The back part of the pram is mesh (can be covered) and there are mesh panels on the side of the canopy for air flow and cooling.

* Basket is pretty big

* Bassinet available for young babies

* Quite light

Cons

* Not particularly supportive. A 'back support board' is available, which fits into a pouch in the back of the seat, but I think this should come with the pram.

* Shoulder straps are still way too big for my very average sized 8mo.

* The front wheel was missing from the box when purchased and both back wheels exploded after being inflated. Unfortunately the service wasn't what I expected from the company or the store after these incidents.

* No specific sun shade available.

* Toddler seat no longer available.

* No room on frame for drink bottle holder - pretty silly on a running pram (the Mountain Buggy running pram includes a drink bottle holder)

Overall, I would buy this pram again - I am very happy with it! Off for a run now! Easy to push and run with, great fold Bad customer service from company and store, not very supportive without back board (additional extra)

Excellent – Being a long time runner, I couldn't wait to run with my baby. You need to wait until your abby is 6 months old but once he or she reaches this age, the Summit 360 makes a perfect choice. It moves very easily and folds up so well. It is light and easy to push. My baby is comfortable in it and stays content for at least an hour. The storage parts… Read more

are not huge (but you wouldn't want to take a lot with you running anywaye) and there is a zip component for vaulables whch is very handy. My baby gets very relaxed in the pram so it must be vry comfy. The running pram is light and easy to run with. It has a zip storage system and folding up is simple. It is easy to move. Once the front wheel is locked, it becomes a little more difficult to move it around but is very stable. You could easily use this as your every day pram as well as long as your baby is not a newborn as it is more suited to a child 9kg and bigger. It only faces the front but my baby seems to enjoy this more than looking at me anyway.
