The biggest suitcase didn’t arrive, so we called Bagworld, mentally preparing for a fight… but instead, how they handled it was Awesome! They took over the hassle of chasing the (non) delivery, keeping us regularly updated, and as soon as it became evident that the logistics provider had somehow lost a giant Samsonite suitcase, they dispatched a replacement that same day, EXPRESS, and gave us both a tracking number and an ETA. When I see really good prices in a web-only store, I do get a bit nervous, but Bagworld, in our experience, is not only 100% Legit, but ALSO has exceptional Customer Service, real people on the phone, who are responsive, helpful, polite, respectful and very professional! Warning about the misleading conduct of this business – I purchased a bag online. The description on their website clearly stated that it came with backpack straps, which is why I chose the item. mention of backpack straps had disappeared. Their email made no reference to the shifty change to the website that had occurred after I sent my email, and seemed to imply that I was the one who had made a mistake. Luckily, I had a print out. They then told me they didn't have time to proofread all descriptions because they have so many products and that customers should contact them with enquiries about features of the items before purchasing. I eventually got a partial refund after extensive efforts. I strongly advise against trusting this business as their conduct was misleading and deceptive and they seem to expect consumers to bear the burden of figuring out what features their products do and don't have rather than being able to rely on the marketing information provided.

Great prices and service – Ordered 2 Antler 2 wheel suitcases from Bagworld several years ago when their only outlet was in Perth. While their service and prices are still comparable to one or two other Australian on-line luggage suppliers (they all seem to price-match popular brand/models), I'm not sure they're any better than the rest over all. However, all on-line stores seem to offer better prices generally except for an occasional local in-store special, which is unlikely to be the brand/model/colour you really wanted.

Some reviewers seem to be rating this store on the basis of the product they bought, which is hardly fair. I bought a Pacsafe RFID passport sleeve recently which, even being generous, wouldn't even rate one star. It was an open-ended envelope with Pacsafe printed on it. I assume it's coated with a metal film/paint to achieve the RFID effect, but I could do the same with some kitchen foil or a chocolate wrapper (and test it on a credit card 'PayWave' reader to be sure it worked). My foil one wouldn't dissolve in the rain and it would save me $10 over the paper Pacsafe version. But that's not Bagworld's fault, although they could mention it's made of paper in their advertising.

I ordered 2 carry on bags from Bagworld online on a friday afternoon and spoke to the office who confirmed that they had the required ones in stock. We are flying out in a weeks time and didn't wish to order unless they were available. On the free delivery option it was handed to AusPost who processed it over the weekend and delivered the product on the Monday.

Cant ask more than that. Products just as we had hoped and in perfect condition.

I needed to return a bag that was supplied in the incorrect colour, the team have been so quick in advising what I needed to do and have been extremely helpful. Very helpful customer assistance from Maddie and Kelly. The bag arrived within days from Victoria to Sydney. Very happy with the bag I purchased, plenty of secure compartments plus an expansion pocket that fit a water bottle. I had option to return if it wasn't suitable as had only seen the bag online. Bagworld don’t want to follow legal guidelines on returns – I have a suitcase unable to be repaired and am entitled to a full refund. Bagworld must legally pay for the return postage costs, but want me to pay these costs. Don’t buy from bag world – Bag world never covers warranty . They blames to bag companies . Better buy from other suppliers.I purchase 2 American tourister from them .there are many more options to buy from shop . Don’t even try to save your couple of dollars . If any issues happen they are not ready to take responsibility.

Terrible Service – These guys sold a faulty suitcase then left me in the cold to get it sorted myself. No help at all. AVOID them at all costs, there are plenty of other suppliers around.
