Barbeques Galore Preston - Contempo 5 Piece Outdoor Setting – We purchased a Contempo 5 Piece Outdoor setting from your Preston store in November 2014 for $2000.00. Within about 3 months almost all the cushions began to fade and take on a completely different color. This setting is only six months old and sits in our alfresco area which provides the setting protection from rain and the full effects of the sun. The setting does receive filtered sunlight at different times of the day. That said, I find it very disappointing that these cushions have faded so much in such a short time. It looks terrible & is not good enough when spending $2000. The response from the store is that it is the result of normal wear & tear. You have to be kidding. This setting replace a $500 dollar outdoor setting that's cushions never faded at all in 5yrs. They are now going to replace the covers and have advised us to cover our outdoor setting which is already undercover. Be careful as their comprehensive 3 yr warranty does not cover fading. PATHETIC it is less than 6mths old & should be of much better quality than this.
