Happy to see it go – This was dishwasher was installed in the house I purchased. It performed below average on almost all levels so deserves two stars or bad. It often left soap residue on almost everything. Even when the rinse aid was full to maximum it very rarely properly dried a load. It was so noisy it would frighten guest and small children. It often amazed me on how difficult it was to stack due to lazy design and because of this how little you were able to stack in it. It stopped working at about 2.5 years and I am simply not interested in fixing it. I can only imagine it had one good point - it must have been awfully cheap because it has nothing going for it. I don't know how much it was as the builder installed it - $200 would be too much.

Avoid this one if possible, if you have it, start saving for a replacement as it will die soon!

Hi Salsa99 Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with the dishwasher, if its leaving soap residue on your dishes I would recommend that you check the top spray arm is moving freely once the baskets are loaded and pushed back in. If it cannot then you may need to move the top basket to its highest setting. In regards to the drying capability’s this mode is relies strongly on the rinse aid to break up the water droplets, you can use the wheel in the rinse aid dispenser to adjust how much rinse aid is dispensed each cycle you may find you need to increase the dosage. If you have further questions our Tech department will be happy to help on 1800 444 357.

Thanks for your speedy reply. The machine has been retired. It was displaying an E1 error and would not start. I checked the water supply, inlet pipes, cleaned the inline filter and also the outlet side. I check the filter inside the machine and checked for any blockages with no success. I kept the unit very clean but overall was unhappy with it's performance so I took the opportunity to move it on. For the record I had tried changing the rinse aid level and it it did improve but wasn't really good enough. It's a shame because I have a Baumatic gas cook-top and it is a quality product - much better built than the dishwasher and I expect a long life from it.

Thanks again for your reply.
