BenQ E2200HD / E2200HDA / E2400HD

Excellent – Being my first LCD display I chose BenQ because for years I had heard they were a good manufacturer of displays. The image quality is extremely crisp and clear, use of the inbuilt menu system is simple. The monitor also features an audio input but I have never used it, but I assume ther emight be some speakers built in also. The display never seems to become choppy when watching movies or playing games.

High resolutions (HD)

Multiple inputs Occasionally the monitor will not display the PC output, but I think this is a problem with my PC not the display as pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del restores the display.

Good – Good monitor overall. Still happy with purchase, but a few little things let it down. Picture quality is very good - compares well with other LCD's I have. Good image quality, and easy setup. Also has multiple inputs, eg. HDMI, DVI and VGA. Power must be pressed hard to turn on/off. Also, the inputs at the back of the monitor are too close to the stand. Subsequently, you can struggle putting in the HDMI connector in. Also, 1920*1080 is too small in a 21.5 inch. Everything on the screen ends up being really small. I'd go a larger size screen for that resolution. And finally, when in standby, the whole screen goes a bright blue.. not sure why.
