How old is this model, is it worth it for me to fix it or buy a new one? – How old is this model? Mine is not working, I have cleaned out the filters, I think it is the button for steam. is it worth me to purchase the parts or to buy anew steam mop? I was just told they only last for about 4 years. Any suggestions.  Show details

Bissell $169 – Lucky I;m a boilermaker.tried to help my wife sort the steam mop out. new filter water dripping everywhere,no steam ,cleared all the right holes no reason not to work,wife has had trouble since she bought it,burnt my finger,swore,now I'm taking it over to the workshop and drop saw and cutting it into perfect lengths that will fit just lovely inside a woolies bag headed for the red bin. happy wife happy life.

Does not produce steam – Had to pump the water to get it to steam. Stop pumping - no steam. Worst product ever. Will not buy this brand again

Major Disappointment – This was a "same model" replacement after five years. I don't know what they have changed but this one is totally useless. Should have been wary, when as we were walking out the door at Godfreys the sales assistant said.. "Any problems, don't come back to us, get in touch with the manufacturer". It leaks and does not clean anywhere near as well as the old one did. It has finished us with this brand!!

Not as good as I thought it would be – We bought ours from Godfreys when we bought our vacuum cleaner. I was instantly disappointed with the steam mop. It left streaks on my floors, didn't heat up as hot as it should to achieve the antibacterial affect and is heavy, the cord is too short and difficult to maneuver. I'm not happy with it at all. nothing. everything

Awful disappointing experience – For an extra 80 dollars you can get the leading steam mop. This product is useless leaked water from filter close to zero cleaning ability. I felt as though I would be electrocuted when I saw the water running out of the filter of this pathetic [censored word removed] product. I'm outraged and will be seeking a refund. Leaking and lack of cleaning

Most useless steam mop ever – This expensive steam mop is the most useless appliance I have ever bought. It leaves floor soaking wet where as the cheap steam mop I bought from Kmart (but they know longer sell) left the floor nearly dry. Don't waste your money on this rubbish. Expensive, useless, no customer service
