Good – I had a Dyson DC03 for 9 years - fantastic machine. I went to get another but they had the Bissell for $300 with an extended warranty, half the price of the Dyson. It does the job well, no problem but it feels like a cheap immitation of the Dyson, almost but nit quite there. Also, I never broke a belt once on my Dyson but did so early on with the Bissell. The Dyson head is easier to clean as well. Despite this I am happy with what I got for the price - I'd prefer the Dyson but for the money the Bissell is a lot of bang for the buck, bit like comparing a Ford with a BMW. Great suction

Buying this, after buying the fantastic bissell wash machine,I was so disappointed. The price I paid for this machine was ridiculous,and I am now on the hunt for a cheap machine, that will perform better than this heap of junk. It over heats,is bulky,awkward to use,the filter clogs, it loses suction.(that's if it had any in the first place) Pet hair and anything else just wraps around the rotating brush.It just does not pick up anything but rotates my carpet ok that it lifts out.hasn't got a long enough hose when pulled apart to use as a barrell,and plastic extension tighteners do not stay in place.I was so disappointed,because I could have bought 5 cheap efficient vacs for the price I paid for this. When they demonstrated this model to me,it did vibrate the dirt of the carpet,and may have sucked it up,but pet hair wraps around the brushes and any thing bigger than a pea(and that's pushing it)just flown around the brushes making a broken clunking sound,which you have to turn off anyway and pull out by hand.the dirt collects at the top of the filter and gets caught there,so you have to turn that off and pull it out as well!! Grrr I hate this vac!!! Do not buy!!!!buyer be ware!!
