The batteryndies – Our SECOND unit is about to die. It's left on charge on the wall unit. This is not good enough. The unit has not been worked hard and we would have expected better. Does B&D have any comment to make on this? Why would be go back to your product again? Two chances are all you get.

Very pleased !! – Its a fantastic little unit. Crevice and mini brush tools are on board. So easy to access. Has a slide out "snorkel" like piece on the front, to vacuum into hard to reach places. Very easy to empty with large dust chamber, you can even slide a 'filter cleaning button' to maintain power! Cleans some dust away from the filters.Washable filters. Charges quickly and stays charged. Even looks pretty, more feminine....Nice sturdy cahrging dock, attxches to wall. The dutbuster sits in there securely, so less likely to fall out. Everything. Great for the price. Lots of power. Nothing wrong with it. Did not realise a dustbuster could be so good!
