Thank God - No Touch screen – Blackberries are about quality. This has a magnificent screen which is like watching a tv.. It came with a genuine headset which have various rubber adaptors to suit different ears - sensible. I hate touch screens so the qwerty keypad was a huge bonus. I find it easy to text despite hearing complaints from others cant find out how to use many features. . my advice if you use phone a lot buy a phone dock and a spare battery.. occasionally it has a hissy fit where it appears to be updating software and during this time NOTHING can be used until it has been verified QWERTY keyboard, the screen, easy to use camera its heavy, size and shape make it difficult to put in pocket. leather pouch.

Simple, Easy and Sturdy – Moving from the old Bold to the 9700 was a pleasant surprise. It functions well and doesn't freeze like the old one. Functionality is easy and simple to use. I like the personalisation of the phone to suit your needs. Shortcuts of your favourite items. Camera is not too bad. Overall I like it, but those that are a bit more tech savvy may prefer the latest offerings from Apple or Samsung or HTC. Have dropped it a lot and still going strong. No Skype, limited memory for downloading aps

Just as imagined, the BlackBerry Bold 9700 is wonderful. With the update of the functions, it's adorable. And I always love the keypad of the BlackBerry.
