Blanco platinum dishwasher - don’t buy – My dishwasher has been a problem since I bought it. Firstly it needed a new door less than 6mnths of owning it and now it is out of warranty and is coming up with error code d6 and the water isn’t emptying despite cleaning the filters. Worst dishwasher I've ever owned – This is by far the worst Dishwasher I've ever owned. It's noisy, small on the inside and constantly breaks down. It's difficult to fit pots and pans in and never seems to have enough room. The customer care is also non-existent. When I called Blanco they're only concern is if it's in warranty. thousands for a dishwasher you expect more. Such a disappointment.

Blanco fobbed me off to local repair/service centre. It's $90 for just the call out and then $45 per 15 min plus parts. That's $180 per hour!!!

The manual is also not vary helpful. Every 6 months we randomly get an error code, when you look them up you get not very helpful phrases like "anti-leak fault" or "filling water". But it doesn't actually tell you what to do for the respective faults. I found more information on Google!

I expect a lot more from a brand that presents it self as premium.

for labor up wards of $700 - already cost $140 to have it assessed. each of these repairs require some one to be at home. we all work - our blanco oven platinum series has the control knob replaced, it went in lock down to do an internal oven heat clean while it was cooking a meal , you have to turn off the power supply to the over to over ride the lock down & we still has issues with the control knob. induction cook top changes temp when it feels like it. we have had elements replaced but it still plays up. do not buy any blanco product. service manager is not on the customer side at all.

Faulty product and terrible service – We've had the dishwasher we purchased in September 2014 and installed, out of its original packaging, in our kitchen in August 2016. Don't buy anything from Blanco, as their service is despicable and their products do not meet he 'high quality' they say they do.

Excellent Dishwasher – We built a new house, and this dishwasher was included by the builder as part of the package. It is whisper quiet, easy to use and leaves dishes clean. We have had it for 3 years now and are very pleased with it. We have had no issues so far. What more can I say?

Works well, quiet and cleans – We got this dishwasher fitted by the builder who built the house. So far works well, quiet and the hottest setting cleans most stuffs even with little or almost no pre scrubbing The only drawback i think is the time to wash it, at the hottest setting its 2:30 hours, i wish its a bit quicker.

Good while it works, forget about after sales service/ support - non existent in AU – Operated well for 5 years, very quiet. When the top wash arm needed replacing, the correct spare parts were not available. Blanco no – Purchased dishwasher 3 years ago and experienced trouble as soon as warranty expired. Like a dark horse in dishwashers! – Blanco have a reputation as a good quality and strong cooking brand. However not many people know much about their PLATINUM dishwashers. come out dry when you open it. The top basket can adjust to make large plates fit in but whats best of all is the good water rating and the good wash quality.

Blanco use a stronger insulation to soundproof the dishwasher to an ULTRA QUIET 39DB. It's barely a whisper when it is on! Washes great and is really quiet!

Excellent – I absolutely love this dishwasher. The dishes come out clean and dry and it's so quiet. The layout is excellent. Don't ever change this model.

An excellent choice no one knows about! – I purchased one dishwasher for my mother. It washes well, cleans QUIETLY and leaves no watermarks on the glassware.
