6 years on, very expensive repairs, short life expectancy – Washes the dishes fine but can leave some still needing to dry at the end of the cycle. Just a pity about the lack of reliability.Grown up adults in household so has not been subject to overuse or abuse. Have had 3 service calls over 6 years, pretty evenly spaced plus spent over $100 replacing top spray assembly only last month and now the main control electronic board has failed with a repair cost of $154 for service man to tell me it is broken and $680 to repair. Top tray adjustable height clips are broken and machine is fallen to pieces. Not the life expectancy I was expected from a "premium" brand.

Farewell Blanco, you have lost me. Quiet and washes well only when going Lack of reliability, high cost of parts

Terrible – The dishwasher doesn't wash well and overall the machine is not worth a cent. The trouble we have had, I will never EVER buy BLANCO in any product again. I even complained to the company about the rep but nothing was done. Had this dishwasher installed and within three months it caught fire, took a very long time for it to be replaced under warranty. then things keep going wrong, basket runners came off, clips at end of runners came off and went missing, and the rep for the area of Newcastle to fix them, doesn't come unless you harass and harass and then no appology or anything thinks it quite reasonable to turn up when he feels like it on a warranty repair, after been called 6 or more times to find out where he is and when he is coming. I eventually gave up as he just wasn't showing up.

Excellent – I looked at the Meile at the time but found the Blanco to be quieter and cheaper. Even though we have only had this machine for 2 years now, it looks like going for years to come. Hasn't missed a beat yet. Quiet, low water usage I have to load it myself. Oh well?

OK – Very good, operation has been Ok over the past 6 years however any program with prewash seems to be intermittent - most times it works, but some times the program quits after 6 - 8 minutes. When it arrived new the lid had to be replaced as transport/distributor had loaded weight onto the top. Not the machine's fault though. Quiet, delay start, room for dishes Intermittent pre-wash program, sometimes fails.

Excellent – Love this dishwasher!! The flexible options with top basket adjustments and bottom basket fold down racks and moveable cutlery baskets mean that you can pretty much fit anything in! The top basket is really easy to move up and down, even when it is full. Cleans well and is very quiet quietness, fits large long stem wine glasses as well as large plates, lots of options for stacking nothing yet
