My baby mess saver – We bought it when our baby started to crawl because she used to crawl and grab everything she can find then put into her mouth. I was worried if oneday she will find small stuff I dropped by mistake like coin/other things. So we decided to find a good playpen. Having playpen is a good idea to keep the baby safe, also for baby play area. We spend… Read more
time together in playpen during day to play with baby, put all her toys inside playpen so my house is save from the baby mess. we bought this playpen because it has interactive panel wall and the door easy to open. some other playpen doesn't have door. we want a playpen with door so we can show to the baby that we go inside the door by knocking and open the door as a habit. we choose the plastic one because we think it's safer than wood, (even the wood one looks more sturdy), but we prefer the plastic one. so far so good, our baby loves to play inside, she is 12 months old now and able to walk by herself. whenever wake up she will walk to her playpen and play her toys. sometimes me and my husband lying down in her playpen as well to play with her. while i'm doing something i always put her inside to play.
Gorgeous and fun, but easy for smart/strong kids to break/escape! – I purchased this playpen off nanny-annie.com. When my son was very little, this playpen was fantastic. I was travelling a lot to my mum's house and it was light, compact and easy to transport. The colours made it fun for him, as did the animal sounds. Now that he is older though, he has now broken the handle on the door TWICE (replacement… Read more
handle cost $12.90), pulled a panel off completely (read: escape) and taken the entire playpen for a walk around the loungeroom several times, despite me cutting a mat to fit the inside to reduce this. He is also trying to climb out using the holes as leverage.
If you intend for this playpen to contain a strong, curious and active toddler, keep shopping as this is not the playpen for you.
If you intend for this playpen to be great for imaginative play and containment of a younger toddler or a less active toddler, then this is a wonderful playpen.
Unfortunately, I will have to either order the expansion set to replace the gate (thus prevent any further breakages of the gate) or simply replace the whole playpen as there are times I just need to leave the room while my very active toddler is awake.
Best value for money – I bought our playpen second hand, but it's so robust and interactive my 2yr old still loves it! I initially thought the size was too small and had wanted a larger format, but because it has an interactive panel, interesting slots in the panels perfect for peekaboo (and shoving things in between!) and a door to open and close, it kept bub amused… Read more
and its compact size became a positive in our dining area (not such an eyesore). Great to keep bub relatively safe, while popping to the toilet, cooking, answering the phone, and they still feel part of the action and fantastic to throw all the toys in one place at night time. Very easy to keep clean, compact to pack away, strong and sturdy. So much better than a 'prison bar' playpen, my bub is big, active and very strong and he would rattle the sides like mad for fun, but it never came apart. Bub made it his own space to hang out, the entire family has played in it. Makes a great cubby too. Strong, sturdy, easy to clean, interactive. Not sure if the holes make it easy for climbers to escape.
Excellent Product – This is the best play pen I've ever seen. I purchased it from "Nany Anie" ordered it on 11 June 2013. Received it on 25th June 2013, through Aus Post to my home at Cannington, Perth WA. the web site claims, they deliver within 7-10 days. I got it on 14th Day. But it was ok for me. Mihira Show reply
Brilliant product – Very well designed, easy to put together and great fun for our little one. She loves the interactive wall panel and we love the fact it not only isn't a typical jail bar playpen, but also has a door so it is more like a play room/area than a place of confinement. It means she can still use it as she gets older as her own personal space and cubby… Read more
house. Everybody who sees it loves it. Also adjustable in size which is always handy. Ours is the Giant size 1.6m x 1.6m. Well designed, easy to assemble, adjustable size, interactive wall is great, door is a good idea
Its a Star with my son – My son hated being in play pens all he wanted to do was get out. That said I needed one so I could get some work done and to encourage individual play. My parents bought us the Stark Kids Interactive Baby room with Door and he loves it its hard to get him out now. It is interactive with stacks of different activities including shapes that can be… Read more
used in many ways including being able to match shapes and put them in the frame, buttons that make different animal sound and a play phone and clock. The gate is great and allows you help your child in and out without a tripping hazard Inteactive, compact, adjustable, amazing Moveable( doenst flip) by baby
Climbers beware – Looks pretty good and its interactive. However it is ideal for little climbers. i dont know why they didnt think of this in the design there is a gate to make it easy for you to get in and out so you dont have to step over the top and risk tripping
Fun and secure – We had a normal wooden bars-style playpen for a while and our baby hated it. She'd just pull herself up to standing, cling to the sides and scream. So we got rid of it and bought this one. The pieces slide together easily to create a large and fairly stable structure (it does shift from square if you drag it around, so it's best wedged into a… Read more
corner). One wall is an activity centre that our 9-month-old loves, including buttons that make animal noises, a telephone, turning cogs, and a mirror.
The best part about it is the door. We can leave it open so baby doesn't feel confined (which is what she hated about the other playpen) or lock it for short times when it's necessary to keep her put. She also loves opening and closing it herself. The playpen is brightly coloured and has lots of peep holes as well as shapes that fit into the holes for her to pull out.
Overall this feels more like a cubby house than a playpen, complete with door and windows, which I'm sure is why our baby likes it so much. When she's a bit older I imagine she'll like "setting up house" inside it. A fantastic product and very well priced. inexpensive, large, brightly coloured, fun, easy to clean
Excellent!!! – This is a fantastic play pen that is colourful (but not offensively so) and interactive as well! We bought the extension kit with it and it encloses a large space for the baby to crawl around in safety. Its brilliant design allows you to choose from a variety of combinations of set ups to create different sized spaces- from a small 1x1m pen to a… Read more · 4
large 1.65x1.65m square or two different sized rectangles. This makes it very versatile when moved from room to room. It also packs down into a reasonably small size when pulled apart for storage. We think this will be very useful for many years to come as a place where even a young child might like to play. We highly recommend this to others who are not looking for just a temporary containment area but more of play zone. Large, interactive, nicely coloured, moulded plastic, sturdy, easy assembly, safe Can be moved off square but doesn't matter if it's in a corner.
