Excellent Vacuum Cleaner – The best vacuum we have ever owned. Powerful suction. Easy to use and very well made. The only issue we have had is getting replacement vacuum bags as all of the previous suppliers have stopped selling this brand of vacuum and accesories. Powerful suction and easy to use.

Excellent – I bought this vac on the recomendation of a salesman at David Jones. It cost more than I had planned to pay, but I was assured of it's reliability and it is so much superior to any other vac I have owned. I like the simple slide that allows me to reduce the suction so I can vac loose soft furnishings and all the attatchments are functional and allow me to vac narrow spaces the lounge suit and grooves in the matress. Lint filters and bag are easy to change. I love this, it does everything I need in a vac.

OK – Although it does a good job of lifting dirt from the carpet I am disappointed with some of its design features. I would be reluctant to buy another one of this brand as I've only had it two and a half years and its already falling apart. Would have expected more as it was not cheap. good suction. bag and filters easy to change. works equally well on tiled and carpeted surfaces found the automatic rewind cord annoying when the slightest tug would rewind the cord when in use. an auto rewind button would be better.

excessive hot air blows from the vacuum motor making vacuuming very unpleasant especially in summer,( i only use bags purchased from the dealer so is not due to wrong bag use)

Loud motor noise ( in comparison to my last vacuum cleaner)

the small peg hinges which hinge the top when changing the bag are too small and inadequate to take the weight of the lid and have consequently snapped off.
