Excellent, Roomy and Ladies are lovin it!! – We have had no problems what so ever. We have owned this product for over 6 months now and we are a huge family with lots of cooking needs :P Well guess what the Bosch Natural Gas version of this cooktop is doing it well and handling the workload very efficiently. So far no issues at all...and this whole farce about burners don't light up etc...honestly its nothing but some minor problem with the top plate which often shifts...and that was a problem with our westinghouse cooktop and also a kleenmaid that we had in our previous houses. So we know how to ge taround that and it is not really a manufacturing issue...its just the way these things work...anyhow thats our experience. Hope this helps :) Reliable, Efficient, Roomy, and even easy to clean too!!! None that i know of...

Unreliable and pathetic customer support and follow up – We bought this cooktop because the layout was nice. It is one of the more expensive ones on the market. Unfortunately there is a problem lighting all of the burners, often they will not light no matter how long you hold down the ignition. The first time we called Bosch customer service told us that holding the ignition for 30 secs was standard and should not concern us - if you think this sounds ok try it on your own stove top when you are timing yourself with a watch and see how long 30 secs really is. They eventually sent out a repair guy who didn't do anything and has kept us waiting 6 weeks so far "for parts". Called Bosch again and they said they would follow up..... nothing. They seem to just want to put us off past the warranty period. Would never buy from them again so beware, there are plenty of stovetops on the market and making one that works isn't rocket science.
