Pros: Had a Bosch 22E natural gas heater since 2002 and it's never failed to deliver once. Heats water evenly as we always preset shower temp and use only hot water. Saves a pile of money over tank systems which heat water all day whether or not you use it. Did a pile of research when I bought and liked the Bosch specs the most. Am about to replace a tank system in my investment property and Bosch will be the choice.
Cons: Nothing so far. It's been 100% reliable
Overall: I think it's the best system out there for the money. Used in Europe long before Australia ever heard of it and Europeans are much more energy conscious simply because it costs so much for gas and electricity over there.
