Spurious E23 after 5 years – Our Bosch was good but after only 5 years E23's. Drain clear and tested pump by manually filling with water. At start of cycle empties perfectly - then just stops with e23. Am investigating a replacement - definitely not BOSCH. Contacted Bosch service - out of warranty so no help without $$$.

disappointing – The third time we used our new Bosch, the load did not clean at all and there was a foul odor. We did all the trouble shooting to no avail. the water for washing was cold and running the kitchen faucet hot water first did not help. After numerous service calls, we were told that we just did not know how to use a dishwasher correctly. I am 65. I know how to use a dishwasher.Bosch refused to honor the warranty and replace the machine.Finally after fighting for over a year, we bought a GE, which works perfectly with hot, hot water and told the installers to please just haul off the Bosch. I understand that sometimes any appliance can be a lemon. It was Bosch's insulting and uncooperative service that was so disappointing. What a waste of time, money, and energy.

Horrible, rude customer service

worst dishwasher ever – we bought it brand new less then 2 years ago,the first one the computer went and had to be replaced.the second on has an error 24, then an error 25, then an error 01, then an error 06 i kept it very very clean we rinse dishes before we turn it on,i clean filter regularly and as per book i cleared the impeller which was clean.still does not work there is not a mark on it looks like brand spanking and i am going to throw it out.

In love – I absolutely love my dishwasher and will never look back. I love how water efficient it is. It is less than a sink full of water and my dishes look great and come out nice and dry. I didn't mind that the energy rating wasn't as old because we have solar panels to offset that. I rarely have to clean the filter. It is hardly dirty and I don't rinse my dishes before I put them in. I just scrap the food off.
