  Silk-Epil EverSoft Deluxe

Excellent – I have used epilators for years, and am happy with the results to date. I have black hair, and this used to be very obvious on my legs. When I first started using it I would use it about once a week. Now, I have to leave it a bit longer and shave in between epilations, as the hair groes back so fine the machine doesn't always pick it up, or does… Read more

not pull it from the tip. This is for the paitent, but if you put in the time, you go from shaving every few days, to shaving every two weeks (in between epilations). Lasting results, long term uses thins the texture of hair Noisy, can take time. Not rechargeable - the cord can be annoying!

Good – Although not as quick as shaving, when you have the time, it's better because it lasts longer so you don't have to worry about hair as often and it doesn't grow back prickly. It can be quite painful, but after a little while it doesn't hurt anymore, but I find in some areas, like the upper leg, it is especially painful. Lasts longer than shaving,… Read more

the hair that grows back is not as coarse as with shaving. It has another head and rollers to make it less painful Takes longer than shaving and cannot be used on hairs that are too short. Sometimes painful.

Terrible – My mum gave me this as a gift and I hate it! I used to have an emjoi gently epilator, so the concept of pain is not new to me. It was so painful under my arms and it would catch on my skin and leave awful red marks. I found this took forever on my legs, I'd have to go over several times only for the hair to grow back a few days later because it… Read more

ripped the hair at the surface. I am now looking for another emjoi It does get the hair out... eventually Rips the hair at the surface, doesnt pluck it out. Painful underarms, particularly when it catches on your skin

OK – It's an average epilator, there are better on the market. There's isn't anything that's terribly wrong with it, it's just not as good as it's competitors at removing hair. It's difficult to navigate curvier areas like behind the knees and you often have to re-do patches because of missed spots. The sensation takes some getting used to - as with… Read more

all epilators, there is discomfort involved. Easy to hold and use, different speed settings for different areas of the body with or people with different sensitivities. I liked the safety feature that stops you from accidentally catching your clothes or skin - a piece pops off and stops the thing that was caught from being pulled any further. Easy to clean as the attatchment just pops off when you click a button. Hard to get around curvier places, like under the knees. It's painful, but what epilator isn't? It takes some getting used to. It takes longer than some other epilators, as you often have to go over areas more than once.

Good – You can use this on your face, legs, bikini line, underarms, wherever! Comes with a smaller head attachment, for hard to reach areas. Comes with a freezer bag and pouch, to cool your skin first, to try to lessen the irritation caused to your skin while using. I’ve had this for 3 years now, and use it mainly in summer. No problems with the… Read more

operation of it. This is a great machine and has a number of attachments, depending on what you want to use it for. One attachment is a trimmer, which is good for lessening the bulk of the hair you want to remove, or just for trimming.

The machine is good for hair removal, and it might take you a short while to get used to the sensation. This will remove hair for around 4 weeks. You would need to exfoliate in the meantime to reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs appearing (the same as with waxing). There is a little pain until you get used to it, and it takes a while to get all the hair out.

Excellent – After I bought this product, I never ever go back to the old day approach of shaving by razor or wax anymore. This is so simple to use, not much pain, last longer than shaving, and most of all unlike shaving which will cause hair grow even stronger and heavier, after use this for a while, there will be less and less hair to remove overtime, and… Read more

even if grow back, the hair is ligher and softer and thiner than before. Legs and arms will be beautifully smooth after each use. I couldn't be happier. Easy to use and easy to clean. nothing.

for improvement:

it would be nice if it can be cordless. I sometimes find the cord to electricity is not very convenient.
