Have been used a lot and it is good! – My husband likes to bake his own bread and has used this oven for a few years and has always had good results with it. I love the smell of the fresh bread and the way it looks. Show details

Works well – My father bought this for me about 10 years ago. I tried to make bread and it didn't work. My son tried and failed also. So I put it away in a cupboard. Now during the social isolating, I thought I would try making bread again. This time I used my daughter's sunbeam. Followed the instructions precisely and it worked. So I found my old Breville… Read more

Ikon BBM600 and tried again being very precise with weights and measures and instructions on the sequence and it worked. So I am very happy. I've baked quite a few loaves now and I think I have got the hang of it now.

I think the problem I had previously was my lack of understanding of the importance of following the instructions precisely. I bought a set of scales and measuring equipment and I store my yeast in the fridge.

Pros Works well, does what it says it will.

Negative This is a bit picky, but I find it hard to put the bread pan into the slot in the machine.

Breville Bread making machine BBM600 – Very disappointed with this product (BBM600), haven’t been able to make one decent loaf. Have given up with it. My previous Breville bread making machine was fantastic, unfortunately it died. I would definitely not recommend this product Show details

Unreliable junk! – Bought this machine about 2 yrs ago based on favorable reviews, mainly to mix pizza dough and the occasional white loaf. Using the recipes supplied with the machine, we have made less than 20 batches. Whilst the results were good, the machine is now making a clunking sound from the motor and the internal blade only moves some of the time and… Read more

does not mix the dough. I have spoken to Breville and they refused to look at this as it was outside warranty and referred me to a service center whose fee is $32 just to diagnose the problem. If the problem is the motor, it will cost around $150 to fix. At this price I might as well buy a new machine! Breville also said that there have been no problems with this machine, which is not the case looking at other reviews. I thought that paying $300 for a machine I would be getting quality, but clearly this is not the case. I have been considering buying a planetary mixer and was considering the breville, but will now be looking at other brands as I have had better customer service from Aldi for an $80 coffee machine! When it was working it baked a decent loaf Unreliable motor, poor backup service

Fantastic - does the job well – I used to have a Sunbeam compact, which made very good bread. However, after many years of excellent use it finally gave up and I had to buy a new machine. After reading the reviews we decided to go with this one. The first loaf I made, I followed the basic 1Kg loaf recipe in the manual. With the Sunbeam I had, over the years, come up with… Read more ·  1

my own recipe as the manual ones didn't quite hit the mark. But the Breville loaf from the recipe was fantastic. I'd even go as far to say that it was better than the Sunbeam when using my own recipe; nice crumb, crusty crust and good flavour.

Next, I tried the French loaf as I actually wanted a chewier bread. I'd looked on the web and most recipes added stuff like cornflour and/or egg. As the Breville recipe didn't - just slightly different levels of salt & sugar - I was very sceptical. However, loaf it produced was indeed chewier!! It was great - I was proved wrong.

Not tried any of the other recipes/jams yet but first impressions are excellent. Even the loaf size is good (although I shall use the 600g size as the 1kg does flow over the tin a bit and means I cant get it in the slicing guide; 600g size is perfect) and can be cut like a normal loaf. Makes good bread. Bread size is such it can be cut the normal way. Recipes work. Not the sexiest looking breadmaker in the world.

Good machine within its limitations – Well after having owned it for 2½ years it's time to give my opinion. It most often does not mix perfectly, I never use the timer function be cause of this. I always stand by at the initial mixing stage with a spatula to push the unmixed portion into the kneading paddle. That's not a complaint from me, just a recognition of a limitation of the… Read more ·  2

machine. The kneading cycle includes reversing the paddle rotation every few minutes, I guess this is an attempt to get it to pick up all the flour in the pan. It's a good theory and perhaps it mixes better than if it didn't reverse however I still find that I have to help it along with my spatula.

It bakes a very nice loaf otherwise, using the pre-programmed recipes is easy and works well. If you want to be a bit creative or adjust a recipe a little you can use the custom programs, this is a bit clunky but it works.

I have two complaints: you can't save a custom program so if you make an adjustment such as a longer kneading time or higher or longer cooking time then you use one of the pre-programmed cycles and want to go back to your custom one you have to enter the whole thing in again.

But my biggest complaint is that in the custom programs you can't turn off the keep warm function. This may not be a problem except if you want to use a custom program to just make dough, not do a whole cooked loaf. I have lost several batches of dough because I set the machine to make dough, set the cooking time to 0 mins at 0 deg (so it wouldn't cook it), then left it to it, forgot about it till a couple of hours later when the kneading had finished and the keep warm function had kicked in making a solid brick. This is a good way to manufacture bricks if you are building a house. Bakes a nice loaf, horizontal loaf rather than upright. On the custom function the keep warm function can not be turned off. The custom recipes are not flexible enough for doing sour dough bread mixes - cannot do long long rise times. Can't save custom programs.

A great loaf! – This bread machine has worked perfectly every loaf. I use Laucke pre-mixes and apart from selecting the 'dark' setting to increase the crust colour the bread. I agree with previous reviews that the control panel is quite sensitive but I'm careful!! The process is quick and easy, much better than baking bread from scratch. A minor niggle is the kneading blade is extremely difficult to remove. I am yet to succeed!

Makes the best pizza dough – I love to make pizza dough every weekend for our large outside pizza oven. I usually make about 3 double batches giving me about six 12inch bases each batch. Sleek amazing breadmaker – First breadmaker I've owned. Didn't read the manual properly so the first loaf failed but it's been consistently given me pretty good results from loaf 2 onwards. due to my own fault ie stale yeast, liquid milk was too thick, accidentally mixed the yeast with salt ( killed the yeast! )+ mixed bread flour with wheatgerm flour but failed to balance up the yeast portion.

Note : guessimation doesn't quite work with the device although it is quite forgiving at most times. Reliable, sleek design, the controls & functions makes sense A tad expensive but worth it so this isn't actually a 'con' . Paddle doesn't always fold down, don't know why.

Bread Maker bbm800 not as good as BB350 – I have the BB350 for over 15 years and replaced it recently with the BBM600. Made a pizza dough and it doesn't knead the dough like the BB350. BBM600 only needs for 20 minutes then sits and rises, however all ingredients not properly mixed together. I have used both side by side and I's sorry I wasted my money upgrading. Faulty design - pan seal continually works it way out of the bread pan – The seal under the mixing blade of the pan continually lifts up. Otherwise the machine works beautifully - but what is the use of that if it is unusable between continual repairs? I'll be buying a different brand next time. We use this mainly for making dough, but sometimes bake in the machine. This is the second Breville bread machine I have bought and the previous one did have similar problems but lasted many years.

Tried another programme and this stopped at 30 minutes before end of bake.Informed Breville;they just weren't interested,as though to say"Tough luck matey"!! so once again I got on to the dealers and they were just superb! they accepted the return of the oven and very happily returned my money. Moral? Just be very wary of Brevilles ! We have been using Bread makers now for over 20 years and this is the first regrettable purchase. Have gone back to a good reliable Panasonic!

Great bread every time – What can I say. Before buying this product I did a good research. At the time of researching there was a previous Breville model very popular (BBM420). makers and you'll know what I mean). I did not mistake. It is actually a very good bread maker. It never failed. We do not buy bread mixes, as we do not know what ingredients they are mixed with. We have experimented with different recipes of our own, we made almost every bread from the book, we even made some rye bread. We use it to mix and rise dough every time.

On the downside there is only one thing. The collapsible kneading blade for some reasons keeps insists on staying inside the bread when baking rye breads. It would be great if they provide a metal non-collapsible blade for these type of recipes. bakes great bread every time, graet looks, collapsible kneading blade blade gets stuck in the rye breads

Very versatile, but not foolproof – We started home baking with a Panasonic (that we still have). It was foolproof, but had a narrow range of options, strangely long cycles with endless resting at start, and make weird upright loaves. Our Breville is called the Ultimate Baker's Oven Mk3, only cosmetically different from the BBM600 ikon. The Breville's Continental setting was… Read more

the main attraction, and the resulting loaf is uniquely good: thick, dark, crunchy crust like real bread from a European village bakery. Beware, though: regular use of that setting caused a pan to darken and leak (replaced under warranty once), but then the plastic parts of the lid crumled. The bread is so good that we bought another of the same, but now use a manual setting (longer and hotter bake than the French) instead of the full Continental.

The Breville is not as foolproof as the Panasonic was, as shown by some reactions. The Breville's wide pan gives a better-shaped loaf, but it requires an exact ratio of liquid to flour, otherwise the corners do not get mixed in and the loaf fails. It is also important to follow the instructions about the order of adding the ingredients, for the same reason. The most flexible breadmaker I encountered. In addition to the many preset programs, the manual setting allows complete customization. Regular use of the Continental setting ruins the machine.

Happy with this choice – This was my first bread machine so can't really compare to others. I've had this machine for over two years now and I use it almost daily. I love it and have had no problems except what I consider to be a small issue with the collapsible mixing blade. After several months of usage, I couldn't get the collapsible blade to collapse any more. … Read more

After each use, I half fill the pan with warm soapy water for a while as instructed by the manual. However, even after that and carefully trying to clean all the nooks with a wooden skewer and what not, the blade got stuck in the upright position so it still mixes it well but I end up with a few slices that have a line through it - which is no biggie for me.

I love the recipes in the manual and have tried out a few of them. I also love that I'm able to use other bread/dough recipes. I just place the ingredients in the order normally suggested by the manual.

One issue I experience occasionally is that even when using the fruit/nut dispenser, the machine tends to cut up the fruit/chocolate chips/nuts while mixing it in which I don't really like. It would've been better if they remained in shape.

One of my favourite features is the memory feature in the event of a power cut. When we've had a power surge etc, I was easily able to resume the process without any hassle. Love that!

I like the timed bread feature in principle but I have found that the bread doesn't turn out as good when I use this especially if I prepare the ingredients the night before for example. I think this is mainly due to the fact that I live in a warm climate and the yeast probably loses some of its potency after staying out in the warm for several hours so I guess I can't really fault the machine for that.

I don't use all the different types of bread programs so can't comment on them all. The main ones I use are "basic" and dough only (bread) and am very happy with these. I have also used continental, wholemeal and pasta functions in the past and these also work very well. I now cook my multigrain flour using the basic program - as the manual states, you need to tweak the amount of the ingredients until you achieve the type of bread you want as water, humidity of the air, climate, type of flour etc all contribute to the end result.

The only problem I've had is I recently placed a mixture in the pan for mixing (following a recipe from a recipe book unrelated to the machine) and didn't add enough water. The mixture was quite thick and the washer at the bottom of the pan broke. I ordered a replacement few days ago and now waiting for it arrive. I would say that it is remarkable that that is the only problem I've had given the almost daily usage and it was my fault anyway. Works perfectly, cooks a lovely loaf The machine might move more or less while mixing so keep it well away from the edge of bench tops etc.

Great breadmaker, very happy with decision – I agonised over which breadmaker to buy after our old K-mart brand Palsonic (what a workhorse!!) became just too small for our 6-person family. I narrowed it down to the Panasonic 2501 and the Breville Ikon. I ended up getting the Breville because of the slightly larger, more horizontal baking tin, and have been very happy with my purchase. … Read more

Every loaf has been perfectly baked with very minimal effort.

Some previous reviewers noted that the pan is so wide that the kneading blade can have trouble picking up all the ingredients to form a dough ball, but we've not experienced this at all - everything seems mixed well and there's no flour coating on the corners of the loaf.

The collapsible blade is OK, I wouldn't say it makes a huge difference and I'm not sure that it even works every time, but the blade itself is quite compact even in the upright position, so even if it fails to collapse before the baking process begins, it still leaves a minimal gap in the bottom of the loaf.

It seems very quiet compared to our old machine, and we haven't had any issues with it 'walking' across the bench during the kneading phase like some others have noted. It looks good on the kitchen bench, and I love the internal light which means that I can peek in to see how the bread is going without lifting the lid! Kids love watching the process too. The buttons on the control panel are well laid out and very easy to use.

Overall I couldn't be happier with this machine and would definitely recommend it. Large, horizontal loaf, good non-stick pan, internal light, easy to use and great bread quality, looks good. Reasonably expensive, but seems value for money with the quality and features.

Excellent bread maker produces great results – This is the first break maker I have used and I couldn't be more delighted with it. I got it for a great price, $160, at a Good Guys that was closing down. up though and it pays to keep it clean.

The fruit and nut dispenser is a great feature. A fruit loaf has become my signature loaf and I do like to add lots of fruit - more than will fit in the dispenser so I no longer use the dispenser and add the fruit in manually. The machine can be set to beep when the fruit needs to be added so it can alert me when I need to do it.

The buttons are very touch sensitive and on more than one occasion I have stopped the machine accidentally. Fortunately it has a manual program feature that means you can program it to continue from any point in the cycle. The rapid bake program is really handy when time is short as it can save over an hour off the entire cycle and the results come out almost as good.

I reckon the larger tin puts this bread maker in a class above the square tin models - the larger loaves mean you spend less time making bread and more time eating it!

The collapsible blade is a neat gadget that folds down during baking to prevent the loaf from getting a large hole in the middle of it although sometimes it has a habit of ripping off a large chunk of the bottom crust when the bread is removed from the tin. I now wait for the beeps during the shaping cycle, pause the machine, lift the tin out, shake the dough to one end of the tin, remove the blade and then put it back on again. The finished loaves slide straight out of the tin with only a small hole in the centre.

I've made all sorts of recipes - some from basic ingredients but mostly from pre-mixes. I've tried the Laucke brand crusty white, multigrain, german grain and rye and they always produce a perfect loaf every time with amazing consistency.

The only issues I have with the machine is that it does tend to move around a little bit when kneading and the non-stick coating in the tin is starting to peal off after almost a years use.

A really great bread maker. I've never bought a loaf of bread since I got it. Internal light and window, fruit/nut dispenser, large tin, manual program feature, consistent results Moves around while kneading, non-stick coating starting to peel off

Fine for a while.. then – My initial report in July 2009 was highly optimistic as it seemed a fine machine except for a few "niggles" as I put it. Now in April 2011 it is is being retired as a less than satisfying product. Over the time it has been a constant struggle to keep a standard recipe (50/50 Laucke Rye mix/Wholemeal mix producing reasonably standard results.… Read more

Long ago I had to crank the loaf size up one and the crust darker ( than it actually produced) just to get the composition of the bread satisfactory. Playing around with the User settings was like driving a loaded truck on a gravel road at night with sunglasses.. you just never knoew what was going to result. I'd been happy with what it did on the overridden settings if the mixing bowl would just do it's job. For a good few months it was like ahoneymoon..sort of.. Other than soaking the used bowl to release the paddle ( knew about that..no drama) the mixture increasingly became dry in the corners unless you were there to help it out with a soft paddle.. About that time the coating on the pan inside began to come away in one or two corners. I couldn't see how the careful paddle work should have done any damage to it but over the last year it has started to look like a tropical disease.. We have tried to not think about where the flaked off coating went next but it is rampant at this time. If we were to wait long enough it might all eventually leave the pan completely! The spin on that is that my wife can no longer fight to get the bread to leave the pan at all and even I feel like I'm back on the farm clearing stumps..really. We did take a 2 year extended warranty and I guess I could fight them for a new one..but.. I've grown weary and no longer wish to go through it all again.I see that Panasonic have restocked their 257 model that I would have bought in the first place if it hadnt gone off the Aussie market.

Might have be reasonably satisified if it cost half the price.. Narrow, fitted the bench space nicely. Liked th eviewing windoew and light ( only things I'll miss) The bowl fell well short of expectation. The preset cooking process was not accurate. Cabinet shows marks easily.

flawless. The machine is easy to use, reasonably quiet, and we like the fold down paddle, which even in the BB420 has never caused us any problems. Just watch the buttons on the control panel, they are very sensitive. Looks good, easy to use, reasonably quiet, and very important, it gives consistance results. Fruit and nut dispensor works well, and the fold down paddle is good idea. Only minor critisism is that the control panel is very sensitive. It is easy to activate the wrong function at the wrong time if you are not careful.

My 1st bread maker & very happy so far – We are Bread machine novices, and this is a significant investment in fresh bread. As far as comparisons with other bread makers goes, I can not offer actual personal experience, but I can tell you its a large appliance on your kitchen bench top (even compared… Read more ·  1

to the automatic coffee maker).

If you want an appliance that is compact, maybe look elsewhere, but if you want a decent size and shape loaf I recommend this device.

I find the styling to be fine, the noise it makes to be acceptable and the build quality to be good.

We have made 4 loaves so far and have not made a dud, that's got to be a good recommendation for it given our lack of experience.

My only issues are: The sensitivity of the touch pad is just crazy, why would it be engineered to be so extremely sensitive. The fold down mixer is excellent, but it could have less places for the bread to hide in.

Overall: Its a great investment in healthy food that you know whats in it and can control the quality. Produces a quality product with little effort from me. Fold down mixer leaves little effect on the final loaf. Touch pad controls are crazy sensitive, not the cheapest on market (but you get what you pay for).

So Far...Fantastic!! – This is my first bread baker and although I have only had it for one month I am very happy with it. I did my research with "choice" recommended buy and with reviews and haven't been disappointed. I got a good price (AU$230.00) from Harvey Norman...extended the warranty to 3 years (after reading some of the reviews about lights not working etc)… Read more ·  2

and have been baking since. If this performance keeps up we will likely never buy bread again.

The touch screen is VERY sensitive...we live in a house with "wildlife" and I had to come up with a way to stop the frogs changing my overnight setting when eating beetles at night. This surely must be a design fault, but now I have adapted my touch pressure it is not an ongoing issue.

The viewing window and light work really well. Lights up the inside like daylight and the whole bowl. The only criticism here would be that sometimes the window can fog up...so I lift the lid!.

I have made time-delayed bread, packet mix bread (makes a REALLY good Laucke wholegrain packet loaf by the directions in the manual), pizza dough (sensation...never buy them again) and sweet rolls which I manually baked - all sensational.

Bread is cooked when I expect it to be, the timer counts down (handy to know how long to go), fruit and nut dispenser works (great for fruit loaf, although doesn't tolerate wet figs etc), bread bin easy to remove, bread shakes out easily with a lovely crust, the collapsible blade really works (thought this would be just marketing), and the blade has been simple to remove (making me think that they must have made changes to the original problems discussed in prev reviews).

Cannot fault it...only new though Reliable, shop around for good price, great recipes in manual, love the illuminating light would really have liked to be able to use a time delay setting for making pizza dough so it could be ready when home from work,

With no previous experience, I have since baked all manner of bread - white, brown, german grainbread, pecan and walnut loaves, bread rolls, italian breadsticks and I've garnered a reputation as the supremo pizza maker! Easy to use, versatile in terms of what you can make and you get great results every time. You can also program in your own bake programs so the menu of what you can create in this breadmaker is almost limitless. The fruit and nut dispenser is a bit small.

The power cord could be a bit longer.

It was the most expensive breadmaker on the shop's shelf...but you get what you pay for.

So far.. so good! – We have had a Sunbeam Cooltouch Bakehouse for ages, but the loaves have started sticking so started to look for a new Breadmaker. After reading the many reviews on this site we settled on a Breville Ikon BBM600. We recently purchased from Harvey Norman. We were offered a considerably better price at The Good Guys, but they had to order one in (and… Read more

were another 120km round trip away) and after negotiating with Harvey Norman, got the Breadmaker for $240.00 which I was really happy with!

Our first foray into breadmaking with our new machine.... hilarious! we had purchased a Laucke German Bread mix from Woolies and wanted to try it out. Carefully read all the instructions, especially the one about making sure the collapsible blade was in the upright position before adding the ingredients. Took our time measuring the water, going as far as using the medicine cup measure for the last 6mls, poured it in the tin, added the bread mix and the yeast and then..... the terrible realisation that we had left out the collapsible blade !! You had to be there to see the two of us trying to move the mix around with our fingers to try and get the blade back onto the shaft!! Huge gooey mess later, and we had the blade in place and the breadmix in the machine and cooking. In spite of our efforts to ruin our first loaf, the machine did an amazing job and turned out one delicious loaf. The crust was well formed and crisp, without the necessity for a jackhammer to break through it, and the loaf was light and had a beautiful texture with no large air bubbles to be seen.

I am very happy with our purchase and am looking forward to making more delicious loaves for my family. A huge thank you to all those who took the time out to review their purchases as you made our choice a lot easier. so far, so good! nothing so far, just need a bigger sign to remind me not to leave out the blade LOL

Excellent – I have baked over 12 loaves now. All have been fantastic. I prefer the 750g loaf size as the 1kg ones rise too high and are difficult to cut. I have not tried the 1.25kg as I can't see how it would fit in the oven as the 1kg ones rise right up to the viewing window! I've used the basic white, continental and French settings. All good. I've… Read more

also used the Laucke Multigrain Mix with great results using the breakmaker instructions not the packet instructions. Although the Laucke mix comes in 1kg satchets I only make the 750g loaf with the breadmaker instructions. My motivation for buying a breadmaker was for baking bread overnight for school lunches using the timer. I haven't used the timer yet, hopefully it's okay. My tip is to check the dough after the kneading cycle to make sure none has stuck to the side or corners of the pan. Twice I've noticed it and pushed it back into the dough with no problems. (this only happened twice on the 750g size). Every loaf has turned out great. It's easy to use. Looks great with other applicances on my bench top. Smells divine. Bread tastes fantastic. Some bread dough sticks to the viewing window when baking a 1kg or more loaf size, which requires difficult cleaning. (750g size okay)

Wobbly – I bought my Ikon 2 months ago and have made premixs, own recipes and jam and they have all been great. The light has never worked but I decided not to bother to return it for that reason alone. Some have said that their bread mix touches the window when baking but I have not had that problem. The 1kg size is the best. For those who have… Read more

trouble getting the blade out - wiggle it around as you pull it out. The hole in the blade and the spindle are not round as they both have a flat side. When baking it can sometime become out of alignment and so if you give it a little wiggle to get it back into alignment it come out easy. Soak it all in warm soapy hot water for 20 mins before trying The shape of the loaf tine makes a better sized loaf than many others. It is a bit wobbly on the becnh when mixing the dough at the beginning. need to keep an eye on it to avoid it getting close to the edge.

Good replacement of my Breville BB280 – Well, I had a Breville 280 for at least 2 1/2 years and it worked perfectly. Recently the pan developed a slow leak through the shaft and I decided to upgrade rather than replacing the pan. I purchased a bbm600 and adapted my tried and true recipe as a 1 kg (instead of 750 gram) and it worked a treat. Unlike other posts, I found the paddle came… Read more

off relitively easily (admittedly I sprayed the shaft with canola oil before starting the process).

My recipe that seems to work well on the 1 kg stiing is:

375 ml Water

2 Tablespoons Oil

1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

2 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar

100 grams Wholemeal flour

550 grams Bakers white flour

2 1/2 Tablespoons Milk powder

1 Tablespoon Gluten flour

2 Tablespoons Soy flour

1 3/4 Teaspoons Yeast

1 Tablespoon Pumkin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds

2 Tablespoons Flax / Linseeds

2 Tablespoons Soy Grit

Good luck.

Excellent – Consistently good results, lots of programs and options, quiet, sleek look, goes great with our other steely looking appliances. We have made bred, pizza dough and jam with this machine and all were extremely simple to put together, and exceeded our expectations in the quality of the results. This is my first bread maker but I knew we would use it… Read more

a lot if the machine was up to the task, so my criteria were; quiet operations and consistent quality results. After researching the topic on the internet (mostly on this website) I came to the conclusion that Breville and Panasonic were the most interesting options. As the Breville machines are more available in my area, and the BBM600 looks better we went with that one. This machine is not much cheaper than the Panasonic ones but I would be very surprised if the Panasonic ones had much over this one in features or quality. The only thing that I am not able to test and comment on is how the machine will age, as this is a relatively new machine we will not know until the years have passed, but products from the higher end of the Breville range have a good reputation as a whole so I dont expect any problems there.

-- Edit 27/01/2017

It's now 5 years later and after heavy use its still as good as the day we bought it. I have replaced the seal on the pan where the kneading axle is, a couple of times as it becomes stiff with age and the mixing deteriorates. This was easy to source and replace. Multi-grain bread, Continental bread and pizza dough are the most common things we make. Quiet, versatile and perfect results every time. I'd never made Jam in my life and with this machine it was as easy as cutting up some fruit, adding sugar and pectin and pressing the play button. It makes a great, easy to work pizza dough in only 50 minutes. Nothing really, if I was nitpicking I'd say I'd like to be able to save my own programs permanently in the memory, but I doubt I'll ever really need to make my own programs though.

Excellent – This is a machine well worth buying. As for removing blade after baking, forget the soaking just fill with water till over the blade, twist acouple of times and off it comes.Excellent for dough making, pizza ,foccacia, oven baked bread etc.Water quantity needs to be watched as all flours will have different uptakes, this is easily done in first 15… Read more

mins.Nuts/fruit addin works well blending ingredients perfectly.Have used Lauke mixes,Defiance bread flour and Basic Ingredients mixes and flour with top results. All in all, totally satisfied and a joy to use every day. Have had a Panasonic for anumber of years, the ikon beats it hands down. Don't let sleeves touch stop button as you turn on light as they are sensitive
