Breville The Control Grip BSB400

2nd use base cracked and now is very difficult to clean. Contacted customer support who quoted me almost the cost of a new machine to replace. Not a warrantee item apparently, WOuld never deal with the company again based on their follow up support

plastic should have been stronger, it being a product that vibrates and gets a lot of handling. It still works fine despite the missing piece, but I won't buy from Breville again.

Wouldnt recommend it – This mixer was given to my husband and I as a gift and we used it occasionally, then the last couple of weeks we used it about 3 times a week and then its motor just died on us. Im glad I didnt purchase it or else I would be pretty upset that i wasted the money. I would look elsewhere.

Don't buy this product, it breaks down and is not worth the money. The blender bit is noisy and not better than a $30 blender not much, it's just an ordinary blender the whisk broke way too quick and is not replaced. The bowls that come with it are too small to use easily.

I have fussy teenagers so I puree a lot of vegies to put in recipes and the jug is a good size and the lid means I can put it in the fridge if I don't have time right away to divide it and freeze it.

I bought mine from Target so if you are thinking of buying a stick blender I would recommend this with no problem.
