Hope you paid by Credit Card – If you didn't check reviews before ordering, hopefully you paid with a credit card so you can submit a claim through your bank. My order never shipped, and I could not get a hold of them. I filed a complaint with fair trading and it went nowhere. I'm very disappointed that they haven't been shut down.

Thieves – Ned Kelly would be proud to have this mob with him! Glad to take your money but not ready to supply goods or refund monies paid. I have lodged a complaint with Qld's Office of Fair Trading. They haven't had any luck conytacting them either.

THEIVING LYING SCUM – Nothing but theives, quite happy to take your money but won't supply the products and then ignore all attempts at contacting them. Can't believe they are still operating and getting away with this. Who can I report them to?

that the website was a scam and I wouldn't receive anything at all. Sure I had to wait a month but my gear did get delivered.

item could malfunction, you could be better off paying a few dollars to buy from a genuine stockist with guarantee of prompt delivery time. Frankly, after perusing their huge product range and low prices - it was obvious this little known "store" could stock all these goods and were a dropship setup. Summary: I got Genuine low priced goods about 5 weeks after I paid for them. Stealing your money – I ordered an $80.00 knife steel in November, never received a thing. Tracked down the ordering group for a refund, no luck just made sure you never received a reply. To all the people out there that have been ripped off, go to your bank and get your money back, don't get annoyed and forget about it, get even why should this mongrel get away with stealing your money. I wish that I had read this review last year – This lot are useless. As several others have said they did not supply my order, despite marking it as complete, and any time I asked about it I was either ignored or fobbed off with a "we'll look into it.

Anglo Pacific Trading Aust was another name in their signature at the bottom of their emails before they stopped replying.

Until I did business with Bronze Moon Outdoors I never had a problem with online purchasing.

Now I always check reviews before I do business with a new company.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I should've been more wary when they only accepted credit card payment and have no contact ph numbers and don't answer to emails. so if like me you have been ripped off punnel them with messages on eBay and they have a YouTube site just leave a comment on that as well so everyone knows they are a rort.

Read Reviews Before Ordering Form These Scammers – I should have read all the reviews about this store before buying but I am in the same situation as a lot of other people. Placed an order at the end of October & no sign of getting the items sent out. I write to them every 2 weeks & get the generic "following up with our warehouse" reply - don't expect to get the items. So now filing a claim with my credit card people to get my money back. Do not order from these people.

No refunds only store credits, it's a nightmare and no phone contact although when you write them a message a phone contact is a required field and you ask them to call and they say no! Fraudulent Business – Ordered an item to the value of $40. After a few weeks of waiting I contacted them via email to enquire about its whereabouts. I was advised that they would 'follow up' with the warehouse. I never heard back. Multiple follow-up emails were ignored. It has not been several months and the item has not been received. did not change from pending. I emailed a complaint and reiterated that I wanted my order cancelled and a refund to my credit card. No response. I tried calling the phone number on the invoice but it is disconnected. I looked for other means to make contact. There is no street or postal address for their "warehouse". I lodged a form with my credit card company and complained to Office of Fair Trading. They contacted the company and three days later, my goods, now unwanted, arrived. I would never do business with this company again.

Received goods after trolling Facebook – I received my goods, 6 weeks after I paid for them, and only after I resorted to contacting them on Facebook and then commenting on every single one of their posts how much of a scam they are and how unsatisfied I was. Steer clear of these rogues!

Items recieved! – I received the items, likely needed to be sourced and forwarded sent from USA. I didn't receive any contact regarding the order, but I never contacted and enquired with Bronzemoon either. Goods received, with thanks.

Thieves----Failure to deliver – I ordered two knives. When I paid them the amount ----- never heard from them. They never answered Email. they even cut off their telephone. So much for honesty, there isn't any. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

Thieves! – Purchased a hunting knife online. Order sat for 3-4 weeks as pending, then after my enquiry about the the item, status was changed to completed. When product had no arrived after two weeks, further enquiry resulted in a reply saying the order will be followed up with the warehouse and they would advise. Still waiting of course (weeks later). This business is BAD!!! PLEASE BE AWARE. I am now resigned to the fact my money has been stolen.

Failure to deliver – Ordered a car recorder camera on 15th May 2015, shown as in stock. 2 months later the account record went from pending to completed. As at 23rd.August it has still not arrived. Of all the emails I have sent there was only 1 reply to say that they were to check tracking and have not heard anything since.
