Brother HL-5250DN

Excellent – We upgraded from a Brother 5040, because we wished we had built in networking and duplexing. The other printer would destroy half our attempts at double sided printing manually. Once this was set up, printing duplex was an absolute dream. You can set the printing preferences to always print duplex by default, which is wonderful to try to save paper and reduce wastage. We don't need our separate print server anymore which is wonderful because that was yet another thing that needed to be plugged in. This is a great simple unit that is cheap, does a good job and by a company we trust. Brilliant quality, absolutely wonderful duplex! Built in ethernet!

Good – what makes brother so unique is the simplicity of the device. it is up there in the leaders of printing. when trying this prodcut out i found it was suitable for business purposes. it had a nice professional look about it and the speed of the printing in black and colour where pretty much unbeatable in 2006. very easy to maintain and clean because of the great layout of parts when opeining it up.

this is a very affordable product. and the speed you will be amazed with. very fast printing. easy to set up and has plenty of features to tweak image quality and printing speed. very noisy, the noisest one i have ever heard.
