Good – I purchased a different brand printer at more than double the price, and it started leaking and was no good after about 13 months, very dissapointing. I purchased this printer and it hasn't missed a beat in almost 2 1/2 years of heavy use. I'm really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to people who need it for regular printing, but probably not for photo printing. reliable, good quality regular printing, easy to use, has fax, copier, scanner etc. Quite compact. Good paper storage space. Very affordable, only cost me $140. Not so good at photo printing, but for the price, I wouldn't expect that anyway.
Good – This multi function centre has all the bells and whistles. It prints quickly, does good quality photo prints. It has easy to install software which is also easy to use. It looks the part, even though we don't use the fax or picture bridge functions. My only complaint is that we often get paper jams where we have to take off the back and try and 'un-jam' the paper which can sometimes be quite an interesting task. Otherwise it's been problem free since we got it. Does what it's supposed too, looks flashy, prints quickly, easy software. paper jams
Excellent – It's great. I only use it for home use but have found the scanning and copying functions great. I am surprised how much I use it for things other than just printing. I have never had a problem with it. all in one machine - fax, printer, scanner, copier; individual colour cartridges so you use the whole colour up before it needs to be replaced; easy set-up; usb and sd card ports; flatbed or page feed; quite well priced; quality brand it is a bit complicated to get used to the scanning functions adn things like using the page feed for copying, but OK after you've done it a couple of times with the instruction manual handy
